Great location to enjoy Gruene. Easy walk into town. Peaceful and quiet even though you are in an apartment complex. Everyone is pleasant and we felt safe. Beautiful apartment. Well decorated, had everything we could have needed. Comfortable, easy to have our dog with us, nice balcony.

Overall this place of stay was wonderful and clean. A wonderful location if you just want to go to the lake! Would come again.

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

A very new and well kept place. The exercise room and attached yoga room are awesome. Jeff responded very quickly to any questions we would have. The place felt extremely safe as well, with a gate and fence surrounding the entire area. We travel to the area a couple times a year and will definitely see if it’s available for our future travels. Maybe next time we’ll have time to use the excellent pool facility located on the property as well. Lots to like about this one.

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Hope we will be fortunate enough to visit again. Hosts were very helpful, warm, and gracious. Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage.

I absolutely loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Christopher was a caring host and was super responsive anytime I had a question! The place is cute and in a perfect location for peace and quiet but still walking distance from everything.

Nick’s place was perfect. Very close to everything. Stores, gas stations, restaurants, activities and right off the interstate. The place had everything you needed from scissors to pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. We always had a parking spot and even tho we didn’t swim in the pool, it was very nicely taken care of. It was also very quiet. We will definitely stay again. We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was smooth, the space was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. The host was super responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Definitely a place we’d come back to and recommend to others looking for a relaxing stay.

It was a great weekend! So peaceful out there. The tall shower was a huge plus ! As a 6’5 man it’s difficult to find places with tall showers . Definitely will recommend and remember this place for future !

This was a fantastic place. We did a graduation trip and birthdays celebration for a weekend get away. Was very relaxing and everyone enjoyed it. If you want a place to get away this is the place to do so. We used all the amenities everyday. We floated the Guadalupe one day and the rest of the days we were staying at the house swimming in the river and using the paddle boards and the kayaks. Amazing place to stay will definitely be coming back.

Place was clean, accurate on description all in all we were comfortable and we all slept well.. would definitely reserve again if we come back to the area..

Great place just outside of San Marcos. It was a private location and was a great place to have fun without worrying about bothering neighbors. It had a nice full kitchen and plenty of beds. Thank you for the great experience!

The place was perfect! Graduation weekend for my son and we were able to take our pet (best part ever lol). It was super clean, comfy furniture, well decorated, kitchen stocked nicely…and the yard was so nice and big! For some reason some streaming apps were locked and we could not sign into our own profiles but that was such a MINOR thing, we didn’t care about that too much at all. Just adding that comment so the host can preempt that issue for the next guests. Will definitely stay there again should we ever desire to visit Seguin again.

Amazing location, amazing house and a great host! We did our First vacation with our 5 month old baby and felt right at home. Marisol was great to work with. Very quick responses and flexible. Can’t wait to be back next year!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lyle’s condo. Our family had plenty of space, a pool and river to enjoy, and lots of in-unit tools. My family noted many times how helpful it was the way Lyle kept the places stocked with all sorts of kitchen tools - it made making food here a breeze. Lyle was super helpful and communicative - would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in New Braunfels! Right along the river and walking distance to tube entrances. Also walking distance to town which had many resturants and shops. There was also security 24/7. Would stay here again!

Nice, cute place, easy to access and get around to/from. Carrie was responsive and accommodating to my couple of questions. All good, had a great stay at Carrie's place.

Natalie is an amazing host! The best we have dealt with in all our stays. She is super responsive and even sent us a heap of local recommendations as well as finding a local place for our family to watch the NBA playoffs. Her place is so lovely with all the Texas touches. Perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the deer. There is an amazing heated pool and two hot tubs in the complex, right next to the river. It’s just beautiful. The location is great within walking distance to the water park and close to everything. Very safe area. Highly recommend Natalie’s place for a getaway to the river.
