Wonderful house, clean, nicely decorated and furnished and had all amenities you’d need for a great time in the mountains. Ronald was always quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, felt peaceful and remote but was close to every. We hope to be back soon.

A great location with easy access to the lake for our purposes. Cozy clean condo, just as described and a seamless check-in/out process. My buddies and I stayed here for an ice fishing trip and the condo was a comfy reprieve at the end of each day!

Great place to host a large group or even a smaller group with space to spread out! Amazing view of the valley and so close to Winter Park for skiing!

Had a great stay for 1 month at Brooke's place. Very convenient shuttle stop 20 steps away to get around town and to the slopes. Great views and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with larger groups. Had mixed reviews on some of the bed comfort but they got the job done. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen seating accommodated more than expected from the pictures. Highly recommend.

Brand new condos that are perfect for a ski trip. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master with its own bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and one small bunk room (with no door). 4 total bedrooms including the bunk room with 3 bathrooms. The hot tub on the roof is super cool with great views. There is a garage for 2 cars although it is very narrow. Less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for skiing and we were able to walk almost everywhere in town to eat, shop, etc. As the house is technically 4 stories (firsst garage, second kitchen / 1 bedroom, third 3 bedrooms, and fourth hot tub/roof) there are some stairs. This did not bother us however!

Sarah is a great host. Very responsive communicator and the size/location worked out great for our trip to WP!

This Airbnb is truly one of the best locations in all of Winter Park. The convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, and numerous activities made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The home itself exceeded our expectations—it’s even better in person than in the photos! The scenic views from the property are amazing, and the house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and helpful notes throughout the home. The hot tub and massage chair were perfect for recovering after a full day on the mountain. Our group of nine was extremely comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Additionally, the beds were exceptionally comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how well they slept! Morgan was an outstanding host—communicative, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Kylee's place met all our goals during our month long stay in March. The internet was fast enough to support two TEAMS calls at once as my family called in to work. Also, it was quick 10 minute drive to Winter Park and there was a shuttle stop very close by but we didn't use it. I liked the old fashioned fireplace which we used most nights. There were lots of comfy beds to accommodate my family when we had 3 couples up for a birthday celebration. The west facing deck was nice to sit out on and enjoy the sun at the end of a ski day. Also, there was an out door grill that worked well when we cooked steaks. On snowy days the parking lot was cleared fast and it's only 15 yards or so from where we parked to the front door of the home.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this condo. It was once again a great space for our family of 5. Love the private hot tub. It had all the kitchen items we needed for meals. Great to have laundry available. Nice garage space for ski items and fit our minivan. Overall, a convenient and wonderful place to stay for our ski vacation! We'll definitely be back.

The space was great for our group of 6. The private hot tub and Blackstone grill were added bonuses! The shuttle for Winter Park is just around the corner which was convenient and appreciated!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Allison's place! If you are looking for a peaceful, serene, cozy home away from home in the mountains -- look no further. My daughter LOVED sitting upstairs in the chairs overlooking the trees and stream and reading to me. We enjoyed having two separate living areas and sleeping areas for our guests. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. The location is perfect -- close to downtown Winter Park for restaurants and shops and also 10 minutes or less from the ski resort. I would definitely recommend Allison's place and we look forward to staying here again sometime soon!

We loved staying in this home. It is a brand new luxury, modern townhome in a great location right between Winter Park and Grand Lake. It was easy to get to and didn’t require extensive instructions. The deck is huge with a hot tub and looks out onto the golf course with great views. There was a little bit of construction going on but it wasn’t too noisy. We had the windows open the whole time and it was quiet and peaceful. It is very spacious, open, and clean. It was the perfect place to unwind and unplug. We are definitely looking forward to coming back! Thank you Dalton!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood and views are beautiful. Attention to the smallest details were given and a great location.

Tonya’s home was very clean and comfortable and set up well for a relaxing stay with young kids. We had multiple sightings of elk right in the front yard and an amazing view of the mountains. She gave us some great recommendations for hikes and restaurants as well! 10/10 we will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great time in Winter Park. Access to Lift Bus and local eating was extremely convenient. Heated pool spa and gym made it even better.

I will definitely love to come back to Noelle’s place. Great host in many ways. Communicate with guest, pride in her place, and thoughtfulness to details that make it feel like home. This townhome was exactly as described. It was very clean and well appointed. The views are incredible! We had 8 or so large elk grazing right behind the home on our final day. They wandered the neighborhood afterward. Great location and very close to RMNP. A lot of little extras in the home that made our stay that much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location is top notch. Home is beautiful top to bottom. Area is quite, peaceful and felt like home, more than anything else. We saw Rabbits, Elk, Beavers and tons of birds. The downstairs area is well laid out. We vacationed with our parents and if almost felt like we had our own place down there. Everything you need is minutes away. This place is beyond 5 stars.
