Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Don’t miss this spacious 1 BR Fraser condo perfectly located for your fall adventures; National Park visits, hiking, biking, and other recreation in Grand County! The pond is stocked with fish! You are just a short walk from Safeway, restaurants, breweries and the Fraser River and Trail. You are a .8 mile walk from the train station which offers daily Amtrak service and are steps away from the free Lift shuttle service.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.
