I would this property. Correct description, property of the accommodation, nothing to say. comfortable mattress and it is important. Quiet location, but away from nightlife... logical😉. Beautiful terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds... Parking space is available. Vera is very nice, responsive and available. She was there to greet us at 11pm! She gives us information for any questions we may have.

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

Need we say more than GREAT! A very nice apartment in a beautiful pine forest 2 steps from the sea. The apartment is very welcoming to have a dream vacation. Very well equipped, and very clean. But if the apartment was really nice our host was extraordinary. Very forward-thinking, he told us well before our arrival everything we could do and know about the area. Andrea is a very beautiful person, helpful and dedicated, who folds out to satisfy us. This is the first time we have had such a high quality exchange. We highly recommend coming to Sardinia for a tour and especially to choose Andrea's apartments.

Our family had such a wonderful trip to Sardinia. A beautiful place and such nice people. Lara’s home was everything as described - all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, nice outdoor space, clean, great location (walk to Poetto beach and some really good restaurants). Grocery market 5 min walk. Her home is an easy 15 min ride to Cagliari center (we used the Uber app and chose either a taxi or Uber driver). We also used a travel guide often that she suggested for airport and other activity transportation, along with a guided tour (Guglielmo Carleo). He was great, highly recommend. We also took a cooking class from her brother which was interesting and a lot of fun. Argiolas Winery, San Benedetto Market are must visits and Caffe Lubarium Noatrum for sunsets (just to name a few). Lara was so helpful and very kind in answering my many questions. If we ever have a chance to visit again, we would stay at Lara’s place.

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

Very nice accommodation in a great location. Immediately on the beach, so you can hear the sound of the sea at night with the window open. The bar is right next door and our little one has naturally walked back and forth while we sat on the beach at a cappuccino. At the end of October, unfortunately, a lot of restaurants in the area have already closed. The apartment had everything exactly as indicated. In the pictures, it looks a little more generous in the living-dining area than it really is, but everything you need is there and you are outside on the terrace or at the beach bar or beach anyway. Communication was super friendly and always quick and available.

The accommodation was perfect for us, a family with two adults and two children. Quiet and quiet area and close to good beach and swimming. We also had a car and could easily get to Villasimius with a large selection of great beaches, btiker and restaurants. We can defenitely recommend both the home and Michele as a host!

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Regan was a great host. We had a great time in Cagliari. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We were there for 4 weeks and didn't miss anything. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace with a view of the sea and the port of Cagliari.

The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. We are happy to recommend this apartment 😊
