Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

Location of the apartment is GREAT! you are few minutes from the beach, restaurants, parks and airport Silvia was super host! Although she was too sick with fever but she attended all our queries in seconds! She is very generous and extremely nice. The car I rented from the airport was 4X4 and Sivia provided a private parking with remote access. We asked for umbrellas, few minutes later, we found them at the door.. Silvia is a magical lady who gets you anything you wish for :) I highly recommend her beautiful apartment 😍 and will surely go back again and again

A perfect central location with great history and community. The apartment is unique with a cave as a bedroom which has so much atmosphere. Lots of space for relaxing, cooking or chilling. Highly recommend

This is a great place to stay if you like old Italian towns and ambiance they bring it is close to everything and all walkable - parking g as in all of these areas is an issue and needing to drag your Belongings up to 1/2 mile can be an issue for some - Loved the unit and it worked for us

Lovley place to stay, very clean and modern. And had everything we needed. It Was located in a very quiet little town, but only half an hour to Cagliari. My children loved it here and we really enjoyed our stay. Sardinia is beautiful & so was the villa, Thankyou:)

Great place and the view was phenomenal. Not accessible by car so prepare to walk a bit with your luggage but it’s worth it

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Super clean, beautifully decorated, cosy space, great facilities, safe building, the best location in a lovely neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants, train/bus station and the historical area in Stampace. It has everything you could possibly need for one or two people wanting to stay in Cagliari. Erika was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent directions and advice for things that I enjoy doing and seeing. Erika is truly a first class host, very kind, nothing too much trouble, communication was always super helpful, she allowed me access early which was so appreciated, great attention to detail, very welcoming and I could not have asked for more. We spent 10 days in Pilar's beautiful apartment as a family of four and we didn't lack anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had a lot of peace and privacy (except for morning, friendly birds chirping). The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves rushing at sunset. The beds were very cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the surrounding area there are very beautiful beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia), in about a 20-minute walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is recommended to do larger purchases, e.g. in Pula. Pilar was always available as a host and super friendly. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for a very nice holiday!

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

The house is exactly as shown in the photo, cared for, new and functional. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, everything is as at home! Very clean bathrooms, large shower. Thanks also to the host who welcomed us and indicated every detail of the house.

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia’s place! The location was perfect, right in the historic centre , yet, very quiet. The apartment itself was charming, and had everything you could need. Very clean and cozy! There was a basket full of several local items which we really enjoyed. Thank you! Silvia is a wonderful host! She is kind and friendly. She gave us a lot of very useful information , and was very easy to communicate with. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Great AirBNB in an amazing location! The view was stunning, the hot tub was clean and super useful, and the space was exactly what we needed. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with.

Valentina’s place is simply amazing. I don’t think there is anything that she hasn’t thought of. It felt like she we were staying in a 5 star hotel…even dressing gowns and slippers provided! Bed is super comfy and the shower is great! We were even given vouchers for free breakfast at a cafe opposite the apartment. Our flight got in very early and Valentina was kind enough to let us check In Early so that we could go and explore. Location is perfect, right in the hub of all of the restaurants, bars and cafes. We couldn’t have asked for more and wouldn’t hesitate to return … this time for longer!

Maurizio's place is a great flat to stay with the peaceful view of the Molentargius and the East area of Cagliari. It can be noisy if you are not used to live in a big building with cars passing by the road (EG. if you come from the countryside), but not extremely noisy. Very well served area with many shops, a shopping centre 15min walking with small and mega stores, and leasure venues. Most of the bus lines cross the neighbourhood. Poetto beach and promenade 18min by bus, or 40min on foot. Maurizio is a nice helpful humble person, ready to accommodate any reasonable need you may have. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!

Regan was a great host. We had a great time in Cagliari. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We were there for 4 weeks and didn't miss anything. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace with a view of the sea and the port of Cagliari.

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. This lovely appartment has a very, very central location. I would give 6/5 to its location 😉. It is very beautifully furnitured, yet efficiently. It is not big, but has everything two persons can need. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. Thanks to our lovely hostess and her personal touch our stay turned out to exceed all our expectations. ❤️

Fabulous stay at Tiziana’s place! From the very beginning Tiziana was very responsive , she met us for a late check in and was so welcoming. She even had pastries and a bottle of wine waiting for us which was so thoughtful.She would check in several times a day via text to be sure we were ok and enjoying our stay. She made several recommendations for things to do in the city and the region. The apartment is great 3 large terraces with beautiful views of either the ocean or Marina . Bedrooms are spacious with ensuite bathroom. The area is great , has cafe, pharmacy and gelato place downstairs and wonderful bakery up the street . Downtown is walkable but takes about 25 mins .
