Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

Adorable house, super well located (beautiful beach a few minutes walk, shops) and very close by car to the beautiful resort of Villasimius. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated, really comfortable (bedding, full black when sleeping) and well equipped (full kitchen equipment, washing machine, ...) We particularly appreciated the two terraces, one of which is covered. The development is perfect with children (football field, playground, no car). The host was available and accommodating. In short, this house is a pearl!

Michael was very friendly and always easy and quick to reach via the well-known messenger service. :-) The apartment is at the very end of the street, behind it begins the viticulture, so really pure nature and tranquility. The apartment was new and everything very clean! I loved it! Thanks, Michael!

Villa Paradiso 🤩 Great located apartment with large romantic terrace - enjoy sunset in the evening with a glass of wine🍷 and have breakfast in the morning with sea view and sunrise☀️. Beach within 🏝️ walking distance. We were very satisfied 👌

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

The view from the house was amazing. The house was perfect. The hosts were very kind. I give the home Five stars, but if I can offer some advice for foreign travelers, make sure you download their app and explore it before you arrive. It is very helpful, but I didn't understand how to change it to English until the second to last day. The host meets you for check in and we had a flight that was not landing until 8:30pm. They had to meet us personally and we were late, so they charged E80.00 additional for the cost of the additional hours. She was very nice. There is also no taxi service in town and parking downtown is difficult. All signage is difficult to understand if you do not speak Italian. We earned two parking tickets in four days. The destination, more like 3 stars, in fact, we felt like we were resented by locals and hit by tourism taxes between parking tickets, and the rental car agency which charged us twice as much as the car I reserved through Alamo.

We had a wonderful stay in this home that we would have liked to have extended! My kids even asked me to buy the house:) The house is located in a beautiful residence and the beach that is within walking distance is beautiful (clear water and white sand) peaceful and with a nice snorkeling on the sides of the beach and jumps for amateurs). The surrounding beaches are also beautiful. This Sardinian house has a lot of charm in white, wood and with its old tiles surrounded by olive trees. The views of the sea are superb from the upper terraces. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking (quantity of equipment and new stoves) induction hob, recent dishwasher and large new fridge. Lots of bathrooms. Finally Maria Christina the owner is responsive and accommodating as well as Angela who welcomes you. Communication was very nice.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. However, these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We're thrilled! 😍 There was nothing missing in this house. It's all been thought out. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches are nearby. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a Super Host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed our time in Sardinia. The accommodation is a real dream. The location & the views are breathtaking! The house is in the middle of the mountains and you have the unique opportunity to watch wildlife. For example, we could see a deer and wild boars. Some of the animals even came into the garden. That was absolutely impressive. The decor of the house is great. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and there is even a dishwasher. It was a really great stay

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is just like in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere ! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between sea and place. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio !

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We had a pleasant stay, with the family, at Villa Schubert. Very well equipped. Francesco is a welcoming host and very responsive to any concerns. The sea view is very beautiful. In terms of cleanliness of the house and impeccable linens. We had the chance, at this time, to hear the deer's slab and see deer. We will be back.

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

The accommodation has everything you need. It is very clean and we immediately felt at home. In the fridge, there was water, cola and 2 beers. We thought that was very thoughtful. The furnishings or from the technical up to date. We also felt very safe. Michele and Carla were very nice and accommodating. The location of the accommodation is quiet and the beach is about a 7-minute walk away The Pizzaria Roby in the village, an absolute highlight. The location must rent a car, you can be in Villasimius in 20 minutes. Thank you so much for the great place to stay with you.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's place. The garden and accommodation are very well maintained and we felt very comfortable and taken care of. Alessandro was always available for questions and very friendly. Also upon arrival you felt immediately welcome when a fruit basket and water were ready for us. A high chair was even organized for our baby at short notice. We thank you very much for everything and are looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful time in Sardinia! Paola's house is perfect from the location, beautiful and with everything we needed. The view from the terrace is particularly beautiful. Whether in the morning or the unique sunsets or a thunderstorm over the ocean. Simply beautiful. Nearby and easily accessible by car are many very different and beautiful beaches. Shopping is about 10 minutes away by car. We also especially enjoyed the check out at 12 o'clock. This allowed us to start the day comfortably and finish without time pressure. For us, this was a perfect end to our vacation.

The view is stunning. The kitchen well equipped. The outdoor spaces are perfection.

We spent four very relaxing days at Luca's place in a very tastefully furnished apartment. We especially liked the breakfast with the wide selection, the friendly manner Lucas with many helpful tips and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we were not consistently lucky with the weather in mid-October, otherwise we would certainly have spent more time on the lovingly designed property and settled in numerous corners to relax. Definitely recommended!
