Vacation rentals with beach access in Geremeas

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Don't even know where to begin. The little condo/apartment is simple but perfect, minimalist and clean and bright. Andrea explained all the thought he put into using local design elements and giving it a traditional Sardinian seaside feel. The big window out onto the sea and the horizon is spectacular. But what was really special was being steps from the picturesque sea, which you can hear from inside the house ( with cliffs and white sand and sunrises that were stunning). As I was here in the off season, most of the time I had it all to myself. It was extremely peaceful. Note that it is located in sort of a designed vacation villa area, so you can't walk to coffee shops or restaurants (~10-15 minute drive). But you CAN walk to an ancient roman road/trail that goes over the little mountains with great views. Also - stocked with espresso, jam, honey, cereal...and I would need another few pages to explain how much above and beyond Andrea goes. Best host ever, you will be taken care of.

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

House was clean and in order. Nothing was broken. The car can be parked at the in-house yard and the gate can be locked. Mosquito nets are attached to the windows and doors everywhere. The beautiful beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We felt right at home and thank you for the nice time 😊☀️

We were very satisfied in the house with Sylvia. The apartment in the first floor is quite bright, clean, the bathroom is large, a kitchenette for smaller cooking. The environment of the Apartments is quiet , nearby there is a beach as well as a Business that are within walking distance. By car, many beautiful beaches . Sylvia is an excellent host , she is interested in clients, responds immediately to all questions, there is no problem for her, she helped us rent the car and was also otherwise always helpful. We recommend!!!

If you really want to rest on your vacation in a peaceful place with incredible sunsets, you are looking at the perfect Airbnb. Really professional hosts, Tatiana waited for us and showed us the apartment as well as sent us all the local information on things to do and eat. perfect for small families or couples. The hosts really have everything, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. If you already know Cagriali and you don't need to go to the center much, the location is very good. beaches nearby, supermarket nearby etc. Grazie mille per tutto, Tatiana.

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

Great little cottage with everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautifully kept and the house is extremely clean. Host is lovely. The best part about the house is the beach nearby. It's absolutely glorious. Driving away, we regretted not spending more time there!

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

The location of the apartment right by the beach is fantastic. It’s wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view or to end the day in the evening with the sound of the waves. The living area could be a bit more inviting, but otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Stefano is a great host who is always available. Ciao Grazie, we would love to come back.

Leandro is an outstanding host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything was working in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local produce. This house is the ideal place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. The city centre is a 15-minute drive away. I recommend this rental without reservations.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

This rental was very clean and well stocked. Federica was very communicative and helpful always. She truly is a super host. Beautiful area by the sea and nice places to eat. It was off season for us so many small eating places closed by 6:00 pm. We definitely would rent this home again and recommend it to others.

The apartment is in a great location in a great part of Cagliari. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment is beautiful and Elena’s attention to detail makes the apartment feel extra special, everything is perfectly appointed. A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
