The location was perfect - bit of a walk to the beach but perfect distance from town. We were also able to get a shuttle bus to and from the beach everyday from right outside the flat. Flat was easy to get into and had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at Andrea’s place and highly recommend it! He provided detailed instructions: directions, apartment info, and local tips, and shared recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants, so I felt well-prepared. The location is perfect for unwinding from city life—quiet and peaceful. Villa San Pietro is just 30 minutes from Cagliari and the airport and close to beautiful beaches, offering a taste of authentic Sardinian life and great food! The spacious apartment is fresh and very clean, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large terrace, and all the essentials, including workspaces, a washing machine, coffee machine, and dishwasher. My husband and I work remotely, and the fast internet made video calls easy. I loved having my morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace with stunning mountain views. Free parking next to the house was a nice bonus. Overall, this place has it all—peace, comfort, and the perfect Sardinian vibe. I would definitely stay here again!

Silvia is an excellent and extremely attentive host. We are very grateful for all of her help and recommendations and we loved all of the extra touches in the house, e.g beach towels and spare toothbrushes. I highly recommend this Airbnb! It is also suitable for digital nomads.

Great place as a Homebase when exploring Cagliari!! Very modern and high quality furniture, great interior design, overall great place. A bit outside the old town which was ideal for us. Will recommend for any short to medium stay and will come again.

The check-in and video instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking space located behind the fence in the complex is a big plus, for our seat Leon the parking space was good. You can also walk to the center and supermarkets, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well equipped kitchen and the great views from the balcony! The washing machine including clothes rack and air conditioners make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and also recommend it in the family!

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

This seaside cottage is absolutely charming, and it has everything you could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Mauro's place was just perfect for our stay. Two adults and one child have more than enough space in the house and in the garden. The place is very quiet and two steps from a wonderful beach, which is very kids-friendly. Mauro and his family welcomed us personally and were very flexible on check-in and -out times. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The house has everything you could need during the holiday. It is very clean and you feel like at home immediately. The garden is very large and the terrace on the roof invites you to observe the stars at night (but think about a mosquito protection because the house is surrounded by nature). You can easily reach any necessary facility, like a supermarket, market or restaurant by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We had a pleasant stay, with the family, at Villa Schubert. Very well equipped. Francesco is a welcoming host and very responsive to any concerns. The sea view is very beautiful. In terms of cleanliness of the house and impeccable linens. We had the chance, at this time, to hear the deer's slab and see deer. We will be back.

We had a wonderful week at Marcos & Valentina's house!! The view of the sea from the terrace is simply wonderful. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and the location is very good for exploring the area. Valentina was always available for us, had tips for restaurants and was very helpful. On the access road you have to be careful because of large potholes.

This place is right across the street from a wonderful beach. The house was clean and looked like the photos. The just met us at the property to show us around and was very friendly. He was also very flexible with check out and we were able to get a late checkout. There is a trail on the far side of the beach that leads up around the hill side to another rocky beach. The house next door was doing renovations and you could hear some of the construction noise, but it was never too loud or at night. The house is about a 5 minute drive to Pula which is a very charming town. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Carla was a great host, friendly and quick to respond. Flexible with check in time as the flat was ready to go when we arrived a couple hours early. Apartment was as expected from the description and photos. We enjoyed our stay :)

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Regan was a great host. We had a great time in Cagliari. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We were there for 4 weeks and didn't miss anything. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace with a view of the sea and the port of Cagliari.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
