Great stay! really wanted to write some extra words for this wonderful accommodation. Rarely I find everything so on point. So just wanted to highlight the most amazing things: - really really clean - and I am picky! 😅 - beautifully decorated - conditioning in every! room - nice area outside - nets in all the windows - making it all sorts bug free!! - incredibly responsive, caring hosts I could not find enough kind words 😊 Thank you again and good luck!!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Fantastic views and great location, walking distance within a few minutes in a great bay. We liked the apartment very much, Ivan was super friendly and always responded quickly. We will be happy to come back 😊

We had an amazing stay at Marco’s villa in Villasimius! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but just a short 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and all the essentials. The villa itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the easy access to beautiful beaches, which made our vacation even more special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Sardinia!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location, stunning views, 4min walk to private (rocky) beach for early morning swims, lovely terraced garden which due to higher position than that of neighbors provided privacy. The outside is much more impressive than the inside, which nevertheless provides all you need, including very useful details like swimming shoes and parasols. Our communication with Sabry was easy, flowing, and fast, which was great. Grazie mille!

Perfect vacation home. Super close to the beach. Not super close to CAG airport, but we rented a car and were able to park it in front of the house. Definitely recommend getting a car in Sardinia. Beautiful otherwise. Sharing 1 full bathroom among 6 friends was a little tough, but the upstairs bathroom had a sink and toilet and there was a shower outside that we used. Kitchen was fully stocked and was great for us as we cooked breakfast a few times. Hosts were very generous in letting us check in early and let us drop off our luggage early in the day. Highly communicative and lovely location.

A lovingly furnished house. You can say that the house has soul. It is quietly located in a beautiful little complex. A beautiful large garden and the pool was bigger than expected. That's great. Everything was clean. Upon arrival, we were received very friendly and warmly and also the check out was totally straightforward. We can fully recommend this property.

Very nice and modern, newly renovated house. Nice infinity pool heat-supported using the solar panels from the roof. 7-10min walk down the beach and 10min Walt to the next grocery store and Pizzeria. Excellent communication with Marion and super flexible with checkin and checkout timing.

This Airbnb in Sardegna exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped, with four different coffee tools, making it a coffee lover's paradise. The hosts provided thoughtful amenities like cookies, gourmet coffees, cold milk, and fresh eggs. The property was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for beach visits and natural landscapes. The hosts' hospitality was outstanding, with prompt and helpful communication. This was an excellent choice; such a beautifully located and elegant home. The whole villa is comfortable and had ample space, good bathrooms, and the outdoor space was beautiful. It really had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice, as it's impeccably designed and fitted out. The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind, both before and throughout. Marco was an absolutely amazing host, very responsive before and during our stay. He met with us for check-in, showed us around, gave helpful instructions and even had some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. The place has everything you need, great outdoor space, stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and AC, which was nice for the hot temperatures. He sent great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The view is absolutely stunning and we loved to enjoy it from the different seating areas outside (day and night). The Tortoises in the backyard were another highlight and we enjoyed feeding and watching them. We would absolutely stay here again and can only recommend Marco's place for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Sardinia/Cagliari area.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. However, these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

The accommodation is a real dream. The location & the views are breathtaking! The house is in the middle of the mountains and you have the unique opportunity to watch wildlife. For example, we could see a deer and wild boars. Some of the animals even came into the garden. That was absolutely impressive. The decor of the house is great. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and there is even a dishwasher. It was a really great stay

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.
