The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa , Large TV with Rustic Bench Table that can seat up to 6 people. Outdoor fire pit and Charcoal grill.

The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

Kathy and Jeff were the best. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a welcome chalk board at the front door with our names and anniversary. The cabin is beautiful, very detailed, everything you need. The attention to detail was perfect all the way down to the freshly picked roses. Thank you again.

What a wonderful stay. We visited this home with another family, so we had 4 adults and 3 kids (all under 3 years old). The home was friendly for our littles, not too many breakables or unsafe items to worry about. We felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The real highlight though was the scenery around the house. Pastures with flowers blooming full of goats, sheep, and a single donkey, pig, and turkey mixed in. Feeding the donkey was a favorite. They also had a chicken area with adult+baby chicks. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. We forgot to bring chicken bullion, and Nahida was kind enough to share some of hers. A couple notes that may be helpful for future visitors: Some of the doors stick a bit, and it was hard for our 3 year old to open them if they were closed all the way. The bathroom is only accessible through either of the bedrooms which was a bit tricky after we put the kids to bed having to sneak through.
