Fun place to stay with a large family or group. Tons of room to spread out and explore! Seeing deer, cows, jackrabbits etc was so neat.

There is a reason that Mary has so many 5-star reviews! We came for my husband's birthday and this stay was everything we hoped for and more—a peaceful, private retreat nestled in nature that gave us the perfect chance to unwind together. The cabin was so cozy and the views were amazing. We loved sipping coffee on the porch, watching the deer, and stargazing at night in the hot tub. Mary thought of every detail, from the personal welcome, to the wine waiting for us for my husband's birthday. Communication was excellent, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate escape far from the crowds, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

This was by far the cutest airbnb I have ever stayed at. The outdoor area alone was worth it. The inside was also decorated so cute and was super cozy. Ginger was extremely responsive and informative. The location was amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ginger!!

I brought my boyfriend and his parents from out of state to visit Fredericksburg after his graduation this May, this was the perfect house for us! You’re close to live music, shops, and great food and it’s all walkable. The breezeway is so private and was very peaceful in the mornings, we will be visiting again!

This house was a big hit with me & my friends! It was clean, spacious, and had a lovely backyard that felt very peaceful. We loved that we could walk to Main Street and felt safe. Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite place to stay now, it is very private and the hill top view is amazing. I couldn’t believe it when we walked in to the house. The house is beautiful and the landscape is breathtaking. Nora was very accommodating and a genuinely nice person. My wife and I were bummed out at a bad experience in San Antonio and were headed home when we came across this place. Nora was very sympathetic and turned our trip completely around. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

We absolutely loved our stay in the SKYHOUSE! Everything was perfect and absolutely spotless. It was by far one of the most peaceful and memorable stays that we’ve ever had. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. We loved it so much that we want to come back every year.

We had a great family reunion here. We cooked most of our meals at home and hung out at the house a lot. It was very comfortable and had beautiful views of the hill country in the morning while we had our coffee. It was wonderful to have all of the coffee, toiletries and cooking staples that we needed provided for us. Jonathan and Valarie were extremely helpful and responsive. I wish we had more time to explore more of the hill country and days to use the pool and hot tub. Thank you! Julie

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Spent all weekend here with a group of 6. More than enough space for dining, lounging, and hanging at the pool. So peaceful and private. Beautiful property, responsive host.

I highly recommended. The place is even better than the pictures. There is something for everyone from the courtyards to the bbq area to the very clean and safe swimming pool. The place had all the amenities that you would need. Sandi was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

This property was one of my favorites! The views were just spectacular and the home was elegant, clean and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures. There were 4 of us staying for a girl's weekend 50th birthday and we had plenty of space. We spent part of our stay hiking some trails, shopping and touring in town and the other half just relaxing at the house by the perfect little plunge pool and fire pit. The beds were comfortable with what felt like high end linens and we all slept so well. Communication was easy with Arielle, the hostess, and she was quick to respond if we had any questions. Check-out was so simple and they didn't require a long checklist of items to do before we left. If you are wondering if this place is the one you should choose then the answer is YES! This home exceeded our expectations!

This place exceed our expectations! Beautiful views and very quiet. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and they had it ready for us to jump in. Our dogs loved the yard and were not able to get out. We would stay again!

The perfect place for a ladies weekend. The place is in a very peaceful location surrounded by tres and a creek. Our favorite time was spent in the hot tub every night. Great communication with the administrators. They were very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Michael was very friendly and proactive. His instructions to maintain the space through check out were clear. He also occasionally checked in to ensure myself and the rest of the guests were settled in properly. The space was excellent and cozy, and very close to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay.

Beautiful Cabin, private & peaceful exactly what we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the cabin has everything we needed , close distance to wimberley square which had lots of great dining options.

We were celebrating my husband’s 75th birthday and this was a perfect getaway for us. The view was amazing. We love just sitting in peaceful environments. The animals gave us lots of joy. Starting with the squirrels, cat, goats and ending with the longhorns. The cabin decorations were beautiful and comfortable. Thanks Again
