Great location to enjoy Gruene. Easy walk into town. Peaceful and quiet even though you are in an apartment complex. Everyone is pleasant and we felt safe. Beautiful apartment. Well decorated, had everything we could have needed. Comfortable, easy to have our dog with us, nice balcony.

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

The three of us had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient to the golf course. The check-in process was super easy via lockbox. The hosts provided wonderful guest service! The online listing was accurate. The home was nice, clean, and uncluttered! The home had been updated. The home has a lot of windows, and the views were great! It was comfortable and decorated nicely. Thank you for the great stay!

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament for our boyfriends, had such a good time and Shelton's place was perfect! We spent most of the time at the soccer fields, but Shelton's place is a 10 minute walk from the downtown area where there's a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Shelton was so responsive, he answered all of my messages within 5 minutes, and was so accommodating when we asked for a later check out time so the boys could shower before we drove the 3-hour drive home. Highly highly recommend !!!!

Deena was a great host and we loved our stay in the Hill country. The location is great and everything lived up to expectations. We would happily stay with Deena again.

We enjoyed our stay here in April. Convenient dedicated parking spot right outside the condo, with two flights of stairs to walk up, or a 20-second walk to the elevator. The condo had everything we needed, and Aimee was incredibly responsive and friendly. The community has two swimming pools, each with two hot tubs, for a total of four hot tubs. One of the pools with two hot tubs is located just a two minute walk from the condo, but that pool is not heated, and it is also located underneath several balconies of other condos, so it is not private, but would be a convenient option for kids. The other pool with two hot tubs is a 4 1/2 minute walk from the condo, and not only is the pool heated, but the hot tubs are even nicer, and are set back from everyone’s balconies so that it is a much more beautiful and private setting. Even though we did not use this heated pool much given that the outside air temperatures were in the 40s and 50s, we still enjoyed it! Would happily recommend!

We were searching for a peaceful, beautiful, and restful spot by the river, and we found it here. The excellent river access allows us to enjoy our day by the water. We have a 6-year-old child who was delighted to float in the river and observe all the wildlife around. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. Meagan was very responsive; when we requested an extra blanket, she provided it promptly. We definitely want to return here.

Overall this place of stay was wonderful and clean. A wonderful location if you just want to go to the lake! Would come again.

A very new and well kept place. The exercise room and attached yoga room are awesome. Jeff responded very quickly to any questions we would have. The place felt extremely safe as well, with a gate and fence surrounding the entire area. We travel to the area a couple times a year and will definitely see if it’s available for our future travels. Maybe next time we’ll have time to use the excellent pool facility located on the property as well. Lots to like about this one.

Nick’s place was perfect. Very close to everything. Stores, gas stations, restaurants, activities and right off the interstate. The place had everything you needed from scissors to pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. We always had a parking spot and even tho we didn’t swim in the pool, it was very nicely taken care of. It was also very quiet. We will definitely stay again. Wonderful stay and friendly host! Sabrina's place was super clean and spacious for our family. Can't wait to come back again. You can float right from the property and it's only about a 5 min walk after you end your float at the last tuber exit, back to the condo. So much wildlife along the river and property.

Erin’s place was wonderful! The couch in the living room was so comfortable, the kitchen was spotless and super cute and it was quiet and peaceful. I came to visit my son who works in Kerrville and it was a great place for us to visit and watch baseball!!

Great spot right off of the Hill Country Galleria! Easy to walk to multiple dining and shopping options! Quiet, cozy environment, with friendly host exchange.

We will return to this colorful, happy place! Great balcony and pool. This is totally walkable to some outstanding restaurants and bars. The beds were outstanding and one of the coolest bathrooms ever! The chocolates were a great after dinner snack. Love it!

This place was perfect for our stay in Bulverde. The bed is SUPER comfy and the entire place is very clean. The view from the balcony is so pretty too. Karen provided everything we could have needed for our stay. We even arrived to find home-made chocolate chip cookies an a little hand-written letter of welcome on the kitchen table when we first walked in! We also liked that there was a desk and office chair so my husband could work remotely during our stay. Karen was very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. We even got a chance to chat an visit a bit with both Karen and her husband, Robert. They're both lovely people. We would definately stay here again next time we're in the area. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Awesome place very relaxing !

It was a great spot for four people to stay. Walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear people in the other units, but other than the host and the place was amazing! We had a great time and would highly recommend.

This place was perfect! It slept 7 of us very comfortably and was perfect for our weekend trip. It’s in a perfect location in town. Very close to downtown but also not far off the interstate. It sits on the Guadalupe and is just a couple of minutes to the Comal. The complex was gated, so it felt very safe! We were extremely happy that we found this place! Kristen was very responsive and extremely easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Incredible stay! Short drive into the city and gorgeous views all around. Loved that the property was run on rain water and the great local suggestions for food & bev. It was a very comfy space with clean amenities - we hope to visit again!

Great stay and very clean. Big enough for two but could accommodate a child if needed. Only wish was that a blanket would have been nice to have as the bed cover and top sheet were relatively thin (but heater worked great).

Great location in the middle of downtown. Jennifer was very responsive and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do while in town. If I ever had questions, she was always willing to help.
