Beachfront vacation rentals in Franklin County

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was stocked all the cookware we needed. It was Super clean and tastefully decorated. The beach is super close. The path to the beach is about 40’ away. Sarah was very responsive and super pleasant to work with. It was comfortable. We felt right at home. Everything worked. You can see the ocean from the first deck and the second floor deck (master bedroom) Wife mentioned the toilet paper quality provided was appreciated. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Unfortunately Hurricane Helene cut our trip short but we enjoyed all 38 hours we were there. The condo is just as pictured and described. The beach is a beach lovers haven. Walk for miles, not built up, dog friendly, and ideal for star gazing at nights (pretty serious about no light/protecting turtles). We didn’t get to do this but I would get bikes so that you can bike to the “town” (handful of restaurants) to eat without needing a car - I think its 3mi or so so it’s not walkable. Thanks for a good time - hope that the storm is kind to the island!

I was worried of booking this location as it had no reviews, however this is an incredibly beautiful Airbnb and I recommend! It is perfectly designed for larger groups and does have enough towels, pillows, silverware, kitchen gear to house its capacity. It also is larger than the photos feel and they honestly don’t do it justice. It rained the first 2 days we were there and it was still so beautiful. The last day was sunny and hot and we loved being able to walk to the beach on our own entrance. It is very peaceful and a very quiet town. If you are looking to disconnect from the world and connect with nature/family/friendship this is definitely the place to go. The beach lends itself more for fishing than swimming. We did see dolphins multiple times and the house is about 2 houses down from the boat ramp which is convenient! host are quick in communication and although I had a few issues with initial booking and once during my stay Jessie was helpful in resolving promptly.

we had a great stay, and really loved the fact that we were on the water. we caught multiple fish off of the dock. it's not a very big place but it was perfect for us two and the dogs. we will definitely be staying again.

This was a new listing and I was greeted with fresh flowers in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed including a blender and keurig coffee maker.

The house is seconds away from fishing. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Molly always got back to me when I had a questions.

The setting was beautiful, with the surrounding trees and plants enveloping the bungalow for an even more private feel. The view and beach were amazing (outside and in)! There was hardly anyone on the beach. It can get windy at times. The bungalow was cozy, cute and well thought out. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Loved our stay. We will miss seeing the ocean waves, birds and beach. One day we saw dolphins. We would love to go back!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Tommy’s place, check in was as simple as it can get. The rooms were very clean and gave an incredible view into the bay. Definitely will be staying here again for our future fishing trips, thanks Tommy!!!

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

We had a great stay! Nice pool and hot tub area. Keep in mind this is a camper so your shower should be quick or you might run out of hot water. However, it was no issue for us. We rented the golf cart and that proved to be very useful! Highly recommend The Blue Parrot for a wonderful meal on the beach☀️

Had a great stay at Lori’s spot. Her rental was well stocked with items we might need and walking distance to several stores/restaurants. Enjoyed spending time between the pool and the beach or walking next door to the Blue Parrot for a frozen coconut mojito. Kids loved the lighthouse and playground next door as well. Would definitely come back!

Mi is a great host and her home provided my group with a perfect weekend. Hope to visit again soon!

Our family had a amazing stay the house was beautiful and the property was in amazing location. We hope to stay there again next year because it was the best place we had ever stayed.

I have stayed in Connie’s home several times because it is so perfect. I have done beach vacations for forty years and this home, location, beautiful landscaping, beautiful decorative atmosphere makes it my favorite home in which to stay. I’ll visit as long as possible.

We had a fantastic time at this home. Couldn't be any closer to the ocean. We got up every morning and had our coffee on the beautiful deck and watched the sun rise. There were so many extras at this home. We have rented many vacation homes and I have to say this one had everything you could think of and then some!! Osbourne was a fantastic host. Any questions he answered very quickly. We had a wonderful family time making memories. We had three of our grandchildren with us and they absolutly loved it. Thank you Osbourn for sharing your wonderful home!

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

This property was exactly what was shown online. The beach felt private because there was so little human traffic. I planned ahead and went grocery shopping before getting to the house. While there is a dollar general about 15 minutes away, larger grocery stores are about 30 minutes away...which I think also makes this location very cozy and quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was absolutely breathtaking. We have never been to this part of the gulf and were amazed by the peaceful nature of the area. We loved hanging out at Bald Point Park, eating at Trident (a must!), and watching the dolphins from the beach. It’s amazing how close they come to shore. I was able to do my ice baths in the ocean for the first time since the water was so cold. Amazing! One thing I liked best about our stay was how you can just feel the warmth of the family who owns the home. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the home and keeping it in great condition. Also, this place is HUGE! So much space for everyone to have their own little hang out spots. We brought two teenagers and my mom (75th bday!) and they all had a great time exploring the space and surrounding area. Nice to know we can bring a few more with us next time.

Such a beautiful place, Melanie was so sweet and if I make my way back down there I will be booking again with her! The view we had was amazing to say the least!

4 years ago began the start of our annual family vacations, 3 years ago we welcomed our newest family member into the world, we have learned to see the world thru his eyes, on his spectrum, which leads us to very tough decisions when it comes to finding the right home to vacation. We knew after speaking to our AMAZING hosts Robert and Courtney that we had found our family home away from home. We made amazing memories as well as hit the challenge of Hurricane Debby in which was safely executed with the upmost professionalism. The communication and response times were impeccable! It was a pleasure to have the ability to shake hands and personally say thank you. We made some of the most AMAZING memories, got much needed relaxation and enjoyed the recommended fishing charter with Cpt. Tanner. We look forward to our next family vacation. The Matthews Family

We just stayed in this cottage for the second time and we will continue to go back! We absolutely love this house and everything it has to offer. The sunset view is unmatched!
