The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrige,microwave and coffee maker and even coffee. 1 full size bed , a sofa bed,Dish television and WiFi are provided. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Sleeps up to 6 people. If you love fishing or want to spend some time on the beautiful St George Island you are only 5 miles away and 7 miles to the historical Apalachicola which is also known for the best small town shopping. Great restaurants all over to choice from. Lots of seafood! The property's owner has lived in Eastpoint over sixty years. She is well respected and takes pride in her community and welcomes you to come take a visit at her hometown.

No high rises, stoplights, street lights, or billboards. On our end of this 26-mile-long barrier island, there's only one road. We're on the Apalachicola Bay side, but the Gulf beach is across the street, with private beach access for our guests. You can watch the sunrise on the beach and sunsets from our private dock.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Family Tides -Cozy Coastal Getaway

This 1b/1bx cottage is cozy, light, bright, and clean and has one of the best locations in Franklin County. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from traffic and congestion, yet only a 5-minute stroll to the Apalachicola Bay. Has its own parking and room to park a boat and/or personal watercraft w/trailer. If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Historic Driftwood Cottage Waterfront - Pets OK

Step back in time in this waterfront 1900's farmhouse on the bay. Heart-pine floors and marble countertops have that "Hemmingway" vibe. A mix of old and new feels warming! Enjoy the private dock and watch the sunset in this nature filled fishing town. 2 Kayaks included. Lanark boat ramp 1/4 mile away. This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
