House vacation rentals in Franklin County

From my original first ever Airbnb booking in June to my stay in December/January Laura was very communicative and had super fast responses to all my inquiries. The home was all it’s advertised to be and more!! My family was very comfortable in the space and everything we could need was there. The area is very peaceful with all the action just down the road. She’s not kidding when she says the kitchen is a chefs dream!! It has everything you could possibly need and it’s all of great quality as well!! We thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals on the damp days and just hanging out together in the beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the close beach access is perfect!! I would give Laura 10 stars if I could!! She’s fantastic!!

Me and my parents loved staying here for a week this winter. The space is even bigger than the photos and furnished well. Shelley was very kind and responsive. My parents couldn’t stop gushing about how much they loved this Airbnb. It truly made our trip so special!

Giao's home was beautiful and the perfect space for our family holiday get together. Spacious inside with room for our "children" and grandchildren. The heated swimming pool was perfect for our late December visit.

Home was comfortable and efficient, easy walk to the beach, easy access to pool. Beach was beautiful and felt very private. Worked wonderfully for our spring break trip with kids. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Sara checked in daily and made sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic views and house had everything it needed. Will definitely be back. Sara went as far to help us get a jacket returned to us that was left on accident by one of our guest. Grade A service & stay.

Our large family loved this home and location for our Christmas gathering. The beach was beautiful, views were amazing and we loved the lighthouse/museums and restaurants! Everyone had a private room and bath. Michelle is a responsive, helpful host. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️

This place was perfect! Some friends and I went to have a nice real break and everything was perfect! The beach is so easy to get to and the other restaurants and beach access points were an easy walk or quick ride. The house had everything we needed and it was so nice to have the back porch and the pretty views!!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

I hesitate to write how I truly feel about our stay here. We can’t wait to come back and a good review will only make it that much harder with everyone wanting to book this place! It is such a beautiful house. Set up for a good relaxing time. And what a gem Alligator Point is. We truly can’t wait to come back.

A little off the well beaten path , but so worth the little extra drive. Beautiful location beaches two hundred yards away. Swamps wildlife and birds directly behind the house. Outdoor grill for family hangouts. It felt like a wonderful home. We were comfortable clean and enjoyed our time there so much. If i'm able to again I will stay there and reserve this spot eight months ahead of time. The forgotten. Coast is absolutely wonderful

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The house itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for our week getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub! It was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was also great, with a nice seating area to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and the whole experience seamless. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat with the added luxury of a hot tub, this is the place to book! We can’t wait to come back.

Julie was exceptionally helpful and hospitable as we stayed in their home during hurricane evacuation. It is a lovely and very comfortable place. Furnishings and linens are high end and tasteful. Both my friend and I slept very well in the beds. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It's a short drive to the gulf, to grocery store and a few local restaurants. If you like seafood, this is the area for the best!! I would highly recommend this Air Bnb if you're looking for a place in the big bend or Carrabelle. Pet Friendly was a definite plus as well!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ben’s home—easily the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at yet. One of the things that drew me to the house was its access to a community pool because my son loves swimming. When there were potential issues with the pool being open, Ben was so proactive with communication. He even looked into neighboring communities that might let us use their pool in case there were still repairs going on at his community’s pool—truly above and beyond! We had rainy weather, so the pool ended up not mattering. But the weather didn’t matter either! Ben’s house is SO close to the beach, we popped over any time the rain stopped with the wagon for beach gear he provided; the house is full of fun board games too. Ben has thought of every amenity: kitchen tools, laundry supplies, charging ports, paper/pens, and more; there were snacks, extra food in the pantry, and great coffee. The home is stunning, spacious, and immaculate. We started planning our next stay while still there!

Courtney's house was awesome! Beautiful views, great area! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group. The trip was amazing and Courtney was an amazing host. We definitely recommend staying at Courtney's. We will be coming back!!!

I have stayed in Connie’s home several times because it is so perfect. I have done beach vacations for forty years and this home, location, beautiful landscaping, beautiful decorative atmosphere makes it my favorite home in which to stay. I’ll visit as long as possible.

We were lucky to have found this lovely quiet place to spend New Year’s Eve and Day. Our old girl Bailey was happy too! (It could have been a nightmare for her if we had been in a place with New Year’s Eve madness.) it was our first AirBnB experience and we really appreciated how Renee was so responsive. Thank you

We attending a conference that met mostly in Eastpoint, so this property was very convenient. It was clean, comfortable. We would stay there again!

Saw lots of sea life - dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, otter, herons, eagles. We saw the dolphins swarming the fish. Awesome sight. Lots of deer in the park across the road. Plenty of privacy. House very spacious - plenty of storage areas. Lots of windows for viewing the gulf activity. Great deck.

Wonderful stay! Comfy, spacious house with everything you need (we cooked 50% of our time there). Beautiful, private, peaceful property. Can't beat the view. Loved having the kayaks and enjoyed the fire pit nightly. Close to shops, restaurants and fishing piers. Hosts are super nice, very accomodating and quick to respond.

Christina was a great host and helped to make our trip to the coast smooth and trouble free. She promptly responded to all messages and questions and was flexible with our every changing itinerary. I would definitely stay again on our next trip to Florida's Forgotten Coast.
