The pictures don't do the home any justice! The home is so beautiful and comfortable and peaceful, we didn't want to leave! The house had everything and More that you would need for a comfortable stay like all the dishes and cookware lots of extras and plenty of space. you can cook inside or outside on the grill and your whole family can sit together in the beautiful dining room! the landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Enjoy the pool with floaties and watch the sun set and rise right from the patio! They even provide beach towels to use and plenty of them, also the showers have a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser which is also nice too. thank you all for sharing your beautiful home and thank you Catherine as well for everything! Great communication and going above and beyond for us! We travel to this area every year for our anniversary and will definitely be hoping to book here again!

We had an amazing time here! We had so many activities planned, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Renata is an amazing host, she is on site and makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the peacocks and adored the peacock decor throughout the property. The price was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks, Renata!

The house was great! Lots of space for 5 people. We never felt cramped! In particular we loved the pool, how close we were to Wilton Manors bars, and the layout and plenty of space, outdoor and in, that allowed us all to spread out and relax!

Sheryl & Jenny’s place was immaculate. Very clean and had everything we needed right there. Pool was clean and back yard was very peaceful. Thank you for adding to our vacation and hope to use you again in the near future.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! Excellent communication from the host. The unit had everything we needed and is very well appointed. Very unique to have the ocean and intracoastal waterway available on each side. We really enjoyed that! Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return for another visit.

This place was perfect for a quick work trip! Easy drive to a lot of great restaurants. Host was super responsive and very friendly. The property was beautiful and the pool was a great added bonus! Felt so peaceful and was truly an oasis. Thank you and I will definitely be back!

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot , close to what we planned to do for the 2 days we were there. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Quiet and VERY clean. My wife used the pool area and loved all the outdoor decor. There were a lot of workers around the house but they were nice and respectful. Didn’t get to meet Rick but if we ever come back to the area would book this place again !

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.

**Exceptional Stay in a Peaceful Oasis - Highly Recommended!** I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for a 2 days getaway and can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood and close restaurants and charming cafes. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by a clean, thoughtfully decorated space that instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail in every room showed how much the hosts care about their guests' comfort. The bed were cozy, linens fresh, and the modern bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with fluffy towels and essential toiletries. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and serenity.

Just a few blocks away from the main strip in Little Havana. The main house and yard are going through some renovations and we enjoyed seeing the hidden treasures being uncovered on the property. The casita was very comfortable with a soft bed, clean shower and stocked kitchen. Iftah & Martha were very easy to communicate with and messaged us after a storm to see if we needed anything. They also gave great recommendations for local food and entertainment. Highly recommend a stay here.

I was so happy with my stay. The location was perfect for where I needed to be throughout my time in Miami. The surrounding area is so beautiful, close to bike and walking paths, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and I felt very safe staying there alone. Jack was so helpful and accommodating, and let me access the space ahead of the normal check in time, which was beyond my expectations. The space was clean and cozy. I was out and about all day, but this was a perfect place to come back to every night. Would stay again!

Great cottage for a family of 4. It’s a mile from the busy part of Deerfield but easy 20 min walk to great restaurants. Beds were comfortable and place is cute. The pool was nice too.

From start to finish our experience was top notch. Very small issues were handled immediately and one large issue, the pool heater stopped and that was resolved as quickly as the owner could get it done. The house is well stocked for guests including beach items and all necessary kitchen equipment one would need. The neighborhood is quiet and within short driving distance to beaches and the Florida experience. We highly recommend this property
