Pensacola Pelican Retreat

AshlynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved staying here. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We come to Pensacola every year and this will definitely be our go to stop. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was very clean and had everything we needed. It had tons of beach accessories, towels and blankets. They also left cookies with a note. My husband and daughter ate all the cookies in two days, they were great. The back yard is lovely and private. You’ll seriously never want to leave.

Loved the place, very well maintained and instructions were clear and minimal. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings and grilling at night on the patio. So close to the beach and walked to Seaside every day. Will be booking again for our next trip.

Fabulous! Safe, quiet neighborhood. The space is clean and comfy, has everything you need. Hosts are warm, friendly, and professional. It’s like staying with friends. We just slept and ate there but it would be well suited for a computer work space while traveling too. The chair for watching tv or reading is one of the most confortable I’ve ever sat in! We’ll be back soon.

Tiny House Experience.

KelseyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our first tiny home experience, and it was wonderful! The space was super adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed. We were even able to bring our kitty. The shower had great hot water, and the bed comfortably fit both my husband and me. We spent a cozy evening watching movies on the TV. In the morning, we woke up to the sounds of birds and the beauty of nature all around us. The location felt very private — perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Good Vibes @CocoRo! Downtown 2 BR +Outdoor Shower

MeghanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that every single detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was so cozy and welcoming—it felt like a true retreat. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower—such a game changer after the beach! Every house should have one, honestly. It made things so much easier with our two little ones (ages 2 and 9 months) who were covered in sand. The porch was another highlight—I spent so much time out there just relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was beautifully set up, and my fiancé couldn’t get enough of the backyard. Our two year old loved the hammock! The natural lighting was chefs kiss! We truly didn’t want to leave. You’ve created a wonderful home, and we’re so grateful you shared it with us. We can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

Blackwater Bungalow -Cozy Tiny Home

TonyaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

Cozy Bungalow - Steps to Ocean w/Screen Porch

DelaniRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Makenzi's place was just like the photos! It was about a 3 min walk to the beach which was one of the reasons I booked it! She provides coffee as well as two water bottles which was really sweet. It's a small studio, but the porch and swing made it feel like a home. I loved the fire pit right outside and there was also a little cat we saw a few times around the property. All in all this was a great place to book and is a very relaxing spot.

Downtown Bungalow

My Husband and I went to Pensacola for our son's wedding. Mallory's bungalow was the perfect place to stay. It was cozy, well decorated, perfect size and the bed was comfy. The patio area was a delight to sit at and unwind after a full day of wedding events. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bungalow is in walking distance to downtown Pensacola with tons of restaurants and shops. We will surly be staying here again on our next visit to see our son.

River Cabin. Fhope. Kayaks included.

SandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Quick weekend getaway for my husband and I for our 27th wedding anniversary. Michaels place was just as described. He also was able to let us check in early and we appreciated that. Our favorite thing was being right on the water. We enjoyed relaxing and watching the boaters and kayakers go by. We did kayak ourselves on Sunday afternoon. We also utilized the fire pit to enjoy more outdoor time. We decided 2nd night we preferred sleeper sofa to avoid climbing down ladder in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Had coffee each morning, and made breakfast there. We did venture out some, and took advantage of couple restaurant recommendations at lunch. None to die for, just ok. But, the booklet Michael has there gave lots of great info. Size of cabin, fine for 2, for the weekend. But, if staying longer, might like a larger place. Not a reflection of the cabin itself, we enjoyed it... just sharing so others are aware. Michael does make the best use of space.

Rosemary’s Hideout. It is private and secluded

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We always try to find places that are off the beaten path, but still close enough to the excitement. We came to the area for the Flora-Bama Mullet Toss and definitely did not want to stay too close due to overcrowding and extremely high prices. We absolutely lucked out in finding this perfect little hide-away. This is a small, cozy little place that was absolutely perfect for us and our needs. The porch was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning, and bonus...we had a couple of bunnies come by and check on us each morning and afternoon. The trees offered shade and privacy. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, and the place was clean! Can't ask for much more than that!
