We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great We are elderly and did have problems with the TV

We loved our stay at Paul & Janet’s place. Everything is always as described, everything from kitchen and household items to beach chairs, umbrellas and firewood are available! Very clean, neatly kept home. The yard is spacious and big for our pups! 🐾 Paul is always quick to respond and offered any assistance we may have needed during our stay. (We needed a pair of scissors and couldn’t find them at first and Paul offered to bring some by! It’s the little things.) It’s on a less busy and crowded part of PCB but still only a small drive down the rd from Pier Park and our favorite restaurants. Will 100% book again. - Ariana, Maddy, Bo, Puppy and Ranger. 🌴

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jessica's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated truly a home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the golf cart; it made exploring the area so convenient and fun! It added an extra touch of luxury to our trip and made getting around effortless. Jessica was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to booking our next stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Great stay on a quiet street. Very roomy and a great overall setup. Looks like the photos. Very nice neighbors. Beach only 10-12 min away. Didn’t spent much time out back but the backyard setup is really nice. Very easy check in. Hosts are super responsive and communicative. The beds were OK but were a little squeaky and didn’t seem super sturdy. Kitchen breaker was tripped when we arrived and all the appliances were out. But we found the breaker and turned it on. Seems that the Keurig was the culprit. Overall, I enjoyed the location and would stay again.

Awesome! We found this gem last minute and we were pleasantly impressed! Super close to everything we wanted to do! Didn't have much use for our motorcycles because we walked everywhere. Beach cart and toys are a plus! Fun arcade game that gave us hours of competitive play! Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Would definitely stay again!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our stay during my daughter’s wedding and only 5 minutes from the venue couldn’t have asked for more. Irwin was a great host.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Stayed in this community a couple of times but a first at Jon's apartment. This is a beautiful place amd enjoyed the stay as well as the pool.

Denise and Brad were great hosts! Their place was peaceful, quiet, and cozy. It was walking distance from the beach and they had provided chairs and umbrellas as well to take with you. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

This was a perfect place for me and my family to stay! Beautiful views from the balcony and you can see directly down to the pool I really liked that. Jeremy was extremely attentive and friendly. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our 8 night stay! Highly recommend!!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was located in a great location. It was pet friendly, no loud noises, walked right across street to the beach, the guys fished by the condo, and the condo was completely furnished with all kitchen needs. Owner was responsive to messages. My family will stay here again.

Myself and my eight children were there for my daughter’s high school graduation. The pool was a hit and the house wasn’t a far drive to Pensacola Beach, we went every evening for a walk on the beach. There were a few issues at the house but Natalie was a fabulous host and was helpful every step of the way. She also left flowers and a card for me for Mother’s Day and left my daughter some graduation goodies and a balloon. Overall we had a great stay and we were sad to see our week end!!

I Would recommend getting this spot because it was very nice and very clean. It is in walking distance to alot of places around the area especially the beach. Mihaela is a great and responsive host and gets back with you right away with questions you might have. she is very friendly and we will be back again. Thanks Mihaela for the hospitality.

Hi!!! we had an awesome day. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house was great. The beds were comfy. It was clean. It was welcoming. I so appreciate you allowing us to rent out your home at such a late notice. Really appreciate it. It was so worth it. We went to the beach for a few hours. We went to a nice seafood buffet we from Ohio lol it was a fantastic quick getaway in the middle of a getaway. I’m looking forward to booking again hopefully in a month and a half.

We had a great stay in Pensacola! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for our dog to run around. My kids absolutely loved the pool—it was a highlight of the trip. The location was convenient to town, shops, and restaurants, though a bit of a drive to the beach. Still, it was a nice balance between quiet and accessible. The host was wonderful—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
