Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown Miami

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home everything look just like the pictures love the theme rooms and the board of recommendations couldn’t ask for a better host communicated with me the whole way through made everything easy. Good value for what we paid and had all the amenities we needed! Close to the airport and within walking distance to McDonald's as well. Note that shampoo/body wash are not provided in the bathrooms. Host was proactive and easily reachable.

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

We needed a place to stay locally while having work done at our home. It is always unnerving to have to be out of your home especially with a child, but Jo and Cynthia made it so comfortable and easy. The location of their property cannot be beat - walkable to Coconot Grove center and accessible to so much in Miami. The unit was immaculate. We truly felt right at home and it could not have been more perfect. What could have been a stressful situation with us having to be out of our home was actually like a mini vacation! Thanks to Jo and Cynthia!

We have stayed a few places in Hollywood and this unit by far had the best layout for our family (2 adults & 2 toddlers). We also really enjoyed being on the quieter end of the Broadwalk but within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. Vickie gave very clear and thorough instructions for check in and check out which I appreciated. She also was extremely responsive. We would happily return to this unit.

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay place was amazing everything you needed was there it was my first time in Miami I had a different air bnb but got canceled because of problems at the place but I’m glad because this place was better not to far for nothing but you still get the peaceful space you need if you trying just chill and relax and great view definitely would recommend this place
