Downtown Miami homes

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My cousin and I went to Miami for a cosmetic surgery and this unit was absolutely perfect. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend this condo to all types of age groups, families, or individuals coming in for surgery. As this condo and area has everything that you need in a walking distance. We were greeted by a very friendly lady named Betty Colon who was so helpful and nurturing to us. We were not being able to lift or pull doors and she helped us any time she was there.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

The best a vacation Airbnb so far in my life

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, located in a beautiful and secure complex just 5 minutes from Aventura Mall, which was super convenient. The area felt very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were always very attentive and friendly, responding quickly to any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This condo has the most magnificent view from the balcony which is large spacious and well equipped. the interior is even better looking than the photos. It is well laid out spacious and extremely well equipped. We look forward to staying there again.

Great condo on a beautiful beach! We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The building is right on the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels in the unit. Check-in and check out were really easy. Lou was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in early, which was most helpful after a redeye flight. We were greeted by Valeria, who showed us around and explained how everything worked, and was always easily reached when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Patty’s place was SO amazing for planning my best friends bachelorette weekend. Decorations were amazing and so worth the price. She was so nice and responsive and I can’t say enough good things about how cute and clean this stay was. Would 200% reccomend!

This property was the perfect accommodation for me and my two young children (both under the age of two). The home was thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, including a playpen, high chairs, and age-appropriate toys. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and welcoming environment for my family. Additionally, the location was highly convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

I would stay here every time I go to Miami, this place was adorable, adorable and just overall perfect for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the host was great. Just make sure you’re not afraid of dogs, 😌😂 - beautiful beautiful pups. 🐶 Overall my stay was amazing, and I felt right at home. It was nice and quiet, peaceful and it had everything you need and MORE. Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

The property was just as described on the site and shown on the photos. It was conveniently located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. The number of beds and bathrooms were perfect for our girls' trip. I would definitely revisit.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We had a beautiful stay! The apartment is beautiful, clean. Access is simple and efficient. Short walk to the beach. Very convenient beach equipment, chairs and parasol + towels! Beautiful pool. The valet service for parking is quite expensive and we don't really have any other options for parking. Another point to improve would be the amenities in the kitchen. No dish towels, rags, few dishes. Overall I would go back to this apartment, the views are breathtaking and we were very comfortable!

I definitely felt like it was a home, away from home, the rooms are very cozy, we had the perfect space, and also the kitchen was perfect! We had a few miner issues, but with great communication they was resolved right away! I’ll definitely be back!!!
