Highly recommend and within a few minutes of the resorts lots to do!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! There was plenty of space to accommodate the 7 of us and we enjoyed it so much that we canceled our restaurant reservations one night to utilize the kitchen. We were also able to check in to the property early which we were very grateful for since we had arrived to South Lake early. All around awesome experience.

Cozy little condo, perfect for my husband and I. Open layout and perfect views, our dog was welcomed by the hosts and she loved laying down and watching the skiers come down the mountain. Will absolutely recommend this spot to other guests and look forward to staying again.

Amazing home! Loved the aesthetic of the house, felt very modern and artsy. Had all the amenities you could wish for. The jacuzzi was a blast, and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Tony was very helpful and proactive in getting us situated!

We loved our stay at Jan’s. It’s a cozy Tahoe home with a great location backing up to a beautiful river & meadow. The location is convenient to most places you’d want to go in the South Lake area. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who in mostly occupied homes (not rentals). Jan was very responsive any time I had a question and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed. I hope to be back soon!

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SKI IN SKI OUT HOME. What an amazing location and beautiful view. The elevator makes the multi-level house very accessible to family and it was so nice that nearly every room had its own bathroom. The bottom floor has a place to hang your winter gear, skis etc. Two Garages. Made for a fabulous place for our family of seven to gather and enjoy a week in the snow. We were steps away from a wonderful trail where we enjoyed skiing on the Heavenly Run. Kitchen was comfortable and the multiple living rooms gave our family room to gather, but also have separate spaces for games and conversation. Hot tub was amazing and very clean. We used the grill numerous times. Grandparents stayed on top floor and never heard the teenagers below while having a blast in the game room. They really enjoyed the game room and all the snowboarding on the mountains. It was so nice when they got tired or the parents got tired or the parents got tired they could ski in for lunch. Amazing place.

My family and I spent two nights at this place and we loved our stay. Pavel was very nice and professional. We appreciate him giving us an extra couple of hours to stay before checkout. The house has a lot of beds, rooms, doors, and stairs. Lol! But don’t get me wrong, it was great for us. Perfect for a big party of families and friends. The location is also close to downtown.

Check in process was easy, house was clean, clear instructions for check out provided in advance. Overall a positive experience!

This was an excellent Airbnb overall. Excellent location. So close to the Stagecoach lift, it took us 5 minutes from the time we left the condo to get to the lift. The condo was extremely well stocked which is so much appreciated. From cleaning supplies, to laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, and even the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, storage containers, and cooking extras were all available and clean and new and functional!! It was by far the best stocked Airbnb I have never been to! The beds were comfortable with nice lines and quality towels. They even had multiple extra blankets. Full size washer and dryer was so nice. One special feature was heaters in the bathroom! Finally, the discount on ski rental was a really nice perk! A couple of things for future renters to make things easier. The electric outlets in the bedrooms were not plentiful so maybe bring an extension cord or two. Also, pick up your own firewood.

My husband and I went for a two night stay, and the resort exceeded our expectations. The king studio was clean, and the bed was comfy. Check in was super easy, and the staff was attentive and nice. The resort is in a perfect location to the lake, and minutes from the casinos. There are enough eating spots around the resort that you honestly don’t have to leave if you want to just hang out and relax. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort as well. I would definitely recommend renting a space at this resort through Brooke. Great stay for an excellent rate. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Great location and well-maintained rooms. Check-in process was easy. Lots of discounts at nearby restaurants. The place is walkable to shopping, restaurants, casinos, and more. Robert was a great host — very responsive and communicated proactively. Would definitely recommend!

Lori’s place was great for me and my family. Super convenient, great location, especially if you’re making plans for Heavenly Village. It’s literally a 5 minute walk. Lots of stuff around in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Close to many stores and restaurants/bars and grills. Lori herself was very sweet and friendly. Enjoyed all our time there for the week. Home is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Home away from home for sure! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Mahalo Lori!

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

3 days of skiing and Condo was perfect. Not needing to drive and park at the ski lodge was a very nice perk. We had 5 adults and plenty of room. Condo was clean and easy to get to. Close to everything Tahoe. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful house within walking distance of everything in town - the lake, the gondola, and the casinos. Highly recommend staying here!

A very cozy place with a well equipped kitchen. We were there during a big snow dump, and there was a person there to plow the driveway and shovel, which was appreciated. We enjoyed coming home after skiing and making dinner and hanging out with the wood stove going. The King bed in the master was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful, and the place was spotless—one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It truly felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. It’s about a 45-minute drive to Kirkwood. Also, keep in mind that there aren’t many options for restaurants and stores nearby, so plan accordingly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Jane was a wonderful host and very responsive. We had a great 1 night stay. The condo was cozy and welcoming after a long day of skiing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub/sauna bathroom was a treat. Will definitely want to stay again in the future.

Place was cozy, comfortable and clean. Very close to the town and the lake.. The outdoor seating was excellent and our dog really enjoyed having freedom to roam in backyard and chase birds and squirrels! The cabin itself was cute too!

We stayed at Sybil’s place for a week and it was a dream! We loved cooking our own meals, enjoying the sunset/sunrise, and walking to/from Stagecoach. We had no issues with the internet connection and were able to successfully stream our TV shows. The convenience and peacefulness of Sybil’s studio was truly unmatched. We were provided with a handbook before our stay which outlined everything we needed to know. Sybil was also very responsive to our messages. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have imagined a better place to call home for our ski trip.
