That 70s Chalet at South Lake Tahoe

Fully remodeled 2018. Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. New roof, exterior paint and beautiful paver driveway done fall of 2023. 2 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood! Bike trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, meadows, a park, and bike trails right behind the house.

Minutes from South Lake, Heavenly, and beaches in tranquil Zephyr Heights. 2018 custom home with stunning views. My personal home that I rent while away; have expensive, creative, and perfectionistic taste.. Amenities incl: executive kitchen, hot tub, sauna, steam room, bbq, fire pit, theater, disco, billiards, darts, AC/DC pinball, Big Buck Hunter, poker, games, Tesla charger, WiFi, cable, premium stereo. Other houses you get basic stuff. This place is like a museum. Read the reviews.
