Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Deschutes River

Super quite neighborhood but close to lots of great bars, restaurants and cafes and easy walking to town. Been to Bend several times but not had a chance to discover this side of town. Would recommend.

The house was amazing and big enough for our family. We didn’t feel over crowded. Our pets were welcomed as well and they enjoyed the space. We will definitely be looking to book with Dean again!

What a beautiful house and lovely hosts! We had the most peaceful getaway at this home. The sound of the river is so calming. We had so much fun by the fire pit, in the game room, in the hot tub, and walking the trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Plenty of fire fixings are provided. The beds, pillows and linens are all comfy cozy. Loved all the thoughtful details, for humans and dogs!

Very clean, modern comfortable space. It felt as if the comfort of the guest was top of mind in many small details. Very easy check out without a lot of work for the guest as is often the case and can be challenging when you’re trying to get on the road. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the river and downtown. Bend is a really cute town. The house is comfortable and well stocked and the yard felt like an oasis.

This is the perfect location for a family trip to Bend! Steps away from downtown, but also pretty quiet. The hot tub is perfect and the house is spacious. I have stayed here two different times with family and would plan to book this again whenever I'm in Bend visiting with a group.

I couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb while staying at Mt Hood. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well cared for, pristinely clean, conveniently located a block from grocery options and a short drive to the primary areas to play on the mountain such as skibowl, Timberline and Meadows… it’s the perfect home-base for your Mt Hood gateway.

It’s our 2nd stay there with our little family of 4. We love the location, well arranged space, hot tub after a full day’s climbing and hiking, and the home- we cook a lot due to health reasons and the kitchen is super well stocked and beds very comfortable. Brandi is a fabulous host, very responsive, flexible. We’re sure to go back next year for our annual trip to Smith Rock!

We enjoyed our stay. There were lots of activities to enjoy nearby and we especially loved the view and sound of the river. Inside was spacious and all our needs were met.

The location was breathtaking. We had no issues during our stay so did not require additional communication with the host. We would love to return!

Norman's place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The Mountain View area is only 10-15 minutes from almost anywhere in Bend (and the mountain views are no lie). The unit had everything we needed, plus gorgeous views from the private deck, easy check in/out, and fast Wi-Fi (had no problem with work meetings). I would stay again for sure.

We absolutely loved this place, so cozy and non-pretentious. Beautiful antique glass collection and lights on at night in the garden were a bonus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved AJ’s place! It’s in a perfect location close to everything and yet is private and peaceful. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and is so comfortable and nicely decorated. I will totally try to stay there again if and when I’m back in Bend! A couple of helpful tips. . . As someone else mentioned, there are a number of stairs from the parking lot, so if you have heavy or awkward luggage, park in front to unload and then move the car to parking lot. Also, when the other unit is occupied, there can be a bit of sound transfer-I noticed a white noise machine under the tv when I arrived, but forgot it was there. It is helpful if you are going to bed early but the neighbors are up a little later. Note that the noise transfer was nothing terrible-but if you like it really quiet for sleeping, the white noise machine is helpful!

Super cute place close to everything down town! We only stayed 2 nights for a concert. However, everything went smoothly & was clean

We stayed at Ali’s place for a weekend lacrosse tournament, an annual event in Sisters. The pre-stay communication was top-notch, and check in was easy and convenient. The place itself was immaculate, everything like the carpeting and finishes in the kitchen and bathroom seems to be brand new. The place a really nice deck off the living room that we didn’t have time to use. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to local restaurants and coffee shops. I’d stay there again, and recommend to others.

This is our third time staying at Cecilia's place, and we have enjoyed it just like before. The location is private and quiet and also an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. Cecilia has kept the place very clean and free of clutter. Kitchen setup is wonderful with all I need to cook meals. This place makes us feel relaxed and that is what we are looking for on a family vacation. And the nice pastries left for us by Cecilia are highly appreciated.

This place drops you right in the middle of Bend! You get a river trail leading you to the most iconic park in town with restaurants, pubs, shopping all nearby. You don’t need to look anymore. You found “the place!”

Love the Welches! Been coming for years and happy to have met the new owners of Rendezvous while hanging out in Zig Zag. Great area- close to Mama Hood, many trail heads, and restaurants. Whistle Stop never disappoints. Pool was nice too!

This was our 2nd stay at Fran's place and we just love it here. We really like having the 1.5 bathrooms. The condo is very well equip with everything you need for your stay. We used the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool chairs and it wasn't crowded at all. Fran provides the pool towels as well. We feel right at home when we stay here.

Black Butte Ranch is great this time of year. We were lucky to have fantastic weather during our spring visit. We really enjoyed the facilities onsite including pool, hot tubs and restaurants. Susan's place is a cozy place with a nice sitting area near the fireplace and amazing views.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo and again it was a perfect stay. Clean with so many amenities. We were able to enjoy the Oregon outdoors and have fantastic meals cooked in the well appointed kitchen.

I loved my stay here! Super clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Mt Bachelor and to mountain bike trails. Host was extremely communicative and responsive. There’s a beautiful view outside on the patio and amenities are close. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location being right at the Village. Enjoyed the ShArc passes of course. Super cute, tidy and comfortable. High ceiling make it feel bigger! The lil porch seating was a nice place to enjoy the provided coffee while looking at the bike trail and trees!

Very cute, clean and peace. We were in the area for a baseball tournament for our son. Looking out at the river in the morning or evening, and walking the trail, either paved or dirt, was a definite highlight of our stay. Lauren was a great host. Thank you so much!
