Carlos was very kind and responded quickly to the messages. I leave a little gift for our children, the place is very spacious, the photos do not do justice to the place. At check in Carlos was very flexible and we were able to enter a little earlier that helped us too much. Definitely a good place to stay with your family.

House was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials , beds were comfy and ac was ice cold . Lots of local restaurants nearby and safe quiet neighborhood . Home was easy to get to and easy check in

Yvonne was very polite and responsive. The pool was amazing and the slide was so much fun 😁. It was a short walk to the beach and super convenient 🥰 I definitely recommend this rental.

This rental truly lived up to all the 5 star reviews. It was roomy and comfortable and very clean and all the appliances worked. It was a great place to have a modest sized family reunion and everyone loved it. We found time to use the grill and pull out one of the kayaks and one family member fished off the pier at every given opportunity. One caveat, if you reserve this place and have small children, I would suggest sticking one of the available child-sized life jackets on them whenever you're on the deck - there's no railings along the pier. In summary though, I would happily stay here again.

Our family had a great time staying here and was great location. Michelle was great at communicating and would certainly stay there again.

This place was just comfortable, beautiful and very welcoming. Love the idea of both upstairs downstairs having their own little patios that’s just a plus. Also the pool right in front of our patio door is incredibly amazing loved 1,0000% with the amazing water temperature. This place was perfect for the 7 of us on our trip. Place clean everything well organized didn’t any issues at all. The only thing I was having trouble with is communication with my host the messages we’d just not working at all for some reason it’s just lagging something that has never happened so that part very frustrated because I like to keep communication between the host and I so I’m hoping that gets fixed, other than that the place did not disappoint at all. We will definitely be back for our next trip!

A beautiful condo in a wonderful location with fantastic hosts!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly as described and pictured, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and spotlessly cleaned. The hosts have everything in the condo well-organized with helpful labels and instructions posted around the home. Beach towels and toys, board games, ice chests, iron and ironing board, etc… were thoughtful extra touches. Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen was fully equipped and very spacious. Our family of nine had plenty of room to hang out inside and on the front and back decks. The front deck was a great place to have some coffee with an ocean view. Highly recommend this beautiful condo! ❤️

Loved it here. Erika was so quick to respond and really sweet. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s located in between great beaches and fun places to go. It was perfect for our little getaway.

Our stay was 10 out of 10. Clear instructions unit was clean and beautifully decorated. It also had everything needed to make our stay more comfortable and worry free. I would definitely come again in hopes to stay in the same unit.

Amazing place! Perfect for what we needed as a group of 8. There was enough parking, beds, and even a pool! Amazing interior as well as the exterior!

We felt right at home in the very clean condo, comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen and very pretty, comfortable and sturdy furniture! This floor plan worked great for our very large, 4 generation family! Mark and Rose are very kind and attentive hosts and we hope to stay again!

This was the second time we stayed in this home, and we LOVE it! There have been some improvements since the last time, which were nice! Fernando is incredibly kind and responsive. We love the walkability to the beach, the outdoor shower and pool, and the open layout of the living spaces.

This place was perfect for my family of 4. My kids had a bunk to themselves. The tv in the room was perfect for them to wind down after a day at the pool. The outdoor area was perfect for a nice cookout. Rooms, restrooms and kitchen were all very clean. Definitely would return. 10/10

The Fair Wind was literally a home away from home and not just accommodations for a weekend away. As soon as we walked in, we were comfortable and happy. The rooms and sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and the bathrooms were pristine! The kitchen was also super clean and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare/eat there (with our own groceries) instead of being forced to eat out for every meal and there was also plenty of room in the fridge for the things we did bring back from some of the local establishments. Susan and Tim were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly before, during, and even after our stay. They have a binder in the home with lots of great information about the house as well as the surrounding area. I found that binder to be extremely useful as someone who hasn't been to Port Aransas in many years. We would not hesitate to stay here again if the home is available. No more hotels for our family!

Thanks for the wonderful stay in Port A. We enjoyed the community pool and the short walking distance to the ocean so we could easily catch morning sunrise walks on the beach. The place is located within a short 5 minute driving distance to most everything we wanted to do in town. Appreciate the responsiveness during our stay!

Great stay with our 3 kids! Nice, quiet neighborhood to walk our dog. CVS and Donut Palace within walking distance as well!

Little Bay landing is amazing! We loved the location, but we loved the condos just as much. The rooms are pristine and cozy. The outdoor patios give you a little privacy if that is what you seek or you can join in with others at the HUGE pool that is the center piece of the interior courtyard. Fantastic for families who seek to be close to all of the main attractions of Rockport, but also gives you your own little piece of heaven when you want to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was perfect for our family trip, there were 10 of us in total, and we never once felt crowded. The space was warm, inviting, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, which made our time even more special. The attention to detail and comfort really stood out, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. We made great memories here and would absolutely book this location again. We spent beautiful days at Jeremy’s house. It was the perfect place for a family trip. He was so friendly and responsive all the time and everything was so clean: the bathrooms, the kitchen. We felt at home. We definitely recommend it and will be back again.
