Vacation rentals with lake access in Corpus Christi

This place is "THE" Place to stay when in Rockport or Aransas. Plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. Plenty of room for eating and gathering for lots of people.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Our family made memories we will share forever. The boat dock was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the fenced in yard was just the cherry on top.

My family and I had such a great time at Aaron’s place! He was a wonderful host—very attentive and always made sure we felt comfortable reaching out if we had any questions. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The house itself was perfect—absolutely massive! We were a group of eleven and still had plenty of extra space, including extra beds. My kids especially loved the hot tub! As for the fishing, there were a few small catches, but we saw more crab activity than anything else. Still, it was a fun experience for everyone. We’re leaving with great memories and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE views, great location, and well stocked with the essentials. The pool was clean, the home is far away enough from the major traffic areas to be quiet but not so far away as to be an inconvenience, and we loved just sitting and watching the wildlife from the windows. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in the home. It was just as described and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be booking another visit in the future.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

Let me start off by saying this was a wonderful place for piece and quite. My family and I love to fish and with the waterfront in the back yard we fished all day and night during our stay. We did catch a variety of fish but as good fishermen we released them. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place. We’ve stayed in area before and love it. Easy to check in and when questions came up, very responsive and helpful. Plenty of space for our family.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

Great condo - just a short walk to the beach! Very comfy furnishings and we loved the pool and splash pad for the kids. Hosts were super responsive! We hope to book again sometime!

The only drawback to this place being incomparably amazing is it’s popularity. I can’t book it any old time I want, but it’s worth the extra planning every single time.

Amazing stay! It was super easy to get inside and the area surrounding the building was extremely peaceful and lovely. It was a super clean and no clutter at all! Would recommend!

always a great stay! this was our second or 3rd time here. perfect for a small family or friends for a beach hangout. the beach is just a minute away! golfcart rentals right across the way. my ONLY qualm is that the beds aren't super comfy. the mattress was sinking into the middle and the sofa bed had a metal bar running across it. that is a small price to pay though, I will continue to rent this spot from John. hes friendly and works with you! love this gem and we will definitely be back!!

Had a very good time in the area and the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The owners were great! The common areas are well kept (pool, hot tub, excercise area). Lots of staff maintaining the grounds and buildings. Very quiet, clean, and friendly atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. The 3rd floor condo was great exercise! Would stay again.
