I stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was truly perfect. The home felt incredibly spacious, peaceful, and well-located—tucked away just enough to enjoy some quiet, but still close to everything we needed. The team was so attentive and responsive, making sure every detail was taken care of and that our stay was seamless. I’m especially grateful for how comfortably it housed my group of friends—it made the celebration even more special. Honestly, I didn’t want to write this—because if I come back to Miami, I hope it’s still available. But here it is: this place is exceptional. Super spacious, beautifully styled, and everything felt new. Comfy beds, high-quality linens, big showers, great kitchen, and an awesome layout for hanging out. The outdoor space was amazing—seating all around, cool furniture, great vibe. We didn’t use the pool (they heated it for us!), but everything else was perfect. We were in town for a convention at Turnberry and picked this over a hotel for our group of five—definitely the right move. The hosts were super responsive, everything worked flawlessly, and it all felt high-spec. If you’re thinking about booking it, stop thinking and do it. This listing is lovely. Exactly as described with a beautiful view of the ocean from its balcony. Super relaxing vibe overall in perfect part of mid- beach. It is a bit pricey, but we found it worth it overall considering the access to the beach and 1Hotel amenities. The kitchen and its cooking appliances was also appreciated :). Thank you so much.

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful villa in Miami. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout, stunning decor, and the relaxing ambiance. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was the highlight—our kids loved playing in the huge pool while we relaxed on the lounge chairs, soaking up the Miami sun. The private backyard was perfect for family barbecues, and we even enjoyed a few peaceful evenings in the hot tub. The villa's location was ideal—just a short drive to Sunny Isles beach, fantastic restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering great local recommendations. We truly felt at home but with all the luxuries of a five-star resort. If you're looking for the perfect place for a family getaway in Miami, this villa is it! We can’t wait to come back!

This was a beautiful property and a very accommodating host. We had 6 guests on a work trip and it was the perfect house option. Very clean, large bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor space.

This was a very nice place. The host communicated exceptionally well. 3 issues… Not entirely convinced the blankets were washed. They charge $100 per hour for a late checkout. According to the W residence concierge, residence guests do NOT have access to all the amenities of the hotel, in our case the tennis courts and pickleball courts.

Stayed here last minute with a few friends. Honestly, there’s nothing else like it on the beach. The PentHouse is massive, clean, and the balcony is unreal. You’re overlooking the ocean with all the space you need to relax or hang out. Everything was smooth and easy with MAK. Would definitely stay again.
