Barbie is a amazing host! Very very very accommodating! She responded quickly, and was very helpful! We rented out The Patrica for the weekend and it was exactly the space we needed!! Can not say enough great things about this host!!

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

Nice quiet place to relax between visits with our family in the area.

Enjoyed our stay close to the water. Husband loved fishing off the dock. Shower and hot tub has great hot water and pressure. Very comfortable home and spacious . Plenty of propane and kitchen essentials. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tiffany was very responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

I made a point to check in during daylight hours because the listing is a bit outside town, next to a large ranch. My GPS led directly to the correct driveway, but visiting earlier allowed me to return confidently down a dark road and right into my space at the end of the day. The reservation started with meeting the host in person to receive keys and remote openers, tour the space, and appreciate the view. Micca went above and beyond to make me feel at home, which extended to contacting me in advance of incoming severe weather and assisting me to move my vehicle into a protected space. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks, and the bathroom toiletries were teen girl approved. My teenager commented, "I wish we were staying here more than one night, it's so nice." Lovely, lovely listing, I would 100% stay again.

What a lovely spot for a getaway! The views were beautiful and the house was cozy. Nice setup with the hot tub so close to the house for easy access. Would love to come back!

We loved the house and lake view. Communication was great. It was slightly cold but we enjoyed being able to jump in the lake and fish. There is also a great rental place across the lake where you can rent fishing poles, buy bait and enjoy the scenery. We will definitely be back and look to stay here again!

Again, a wonderful experience. My kids had lots of fun riding bikes, exploring outside and on the tire swing. Such a beautiful place to stay.
