It is a perfect place for a quiet get-away for 2 or wonderful alternative to a required hotel stay. The cottage was built totally by hand, by the owner, with trees cut from the property. It Is best for: -romantic get-away -for only 1 or 2 people-sorry NOT for visitors, unless discussed -must be 25 years old (county requirement) -corporate stay in the Lexington area -snowbirds in transit or scoping the area -visiting family in the area, but prefer your privacy -NO ROOM FOR BOAT TRAILER

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

No need to pay high docking fees. Gorgeous sunsets, calm cove. Swim in the lake or relax by the pool. The massive deck is great for family fun or unforgettable events with your friends. Close to Liberty’s /Lake Murray marina on the lake, and Cat Fish Johnnys/rusty anchor marina. Not your typical Lake Murray Airbnb!

Columbia is the capital city of SC located in the midlands just 2 hours away from the mountains, the beach and the river town of Augusta where The Masters are played. Historic day trips to Charleston, Beaufort or Savanna are easily done. Or, take a stroll in historic downtown Columbia just 15 minutes away. Tennis, frisbee golf, and kayaking in our backyard.
