Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clark County

Dianes place was great. It was clean and spacious. The private river access was our favorite. The views from the patio are amazing. Definitely would stay here again and definitely would recommend.

Me and my family stayed here for my nephew's graduation from Mohave High School. It is a beautiful home and in a good neighborhood and river access is just down the street. We just had to bring our food to cook because everything you need is right in the wonderful stocked kitchen and there is also a grill outside which we didn't get to use for our stay. We hope to get to stay there again because we really enjoyed our stay and everything went wonderful for me and my family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we even left you some cold ones in the refrigerator. Kindly, Karen

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Amazing stay! Andi’s place was exactly as described and spacious. It is near many of the Las Vegas attractions and a great spot to return to.

If you are looking for a place very close to the strip - this is a perfect solution. The place is well kept inside and we had everything we needed. It’s comfortable seating for 2 people in the living room and 4 around the kitchen table. The lock box had an issue and we were locked out. The issue was resolved in about 1.5 hours. Things happen with older technology. Overall, for the price we were happy with the cleanliness and responsiveness. If you don’t need to be close to the strip I would suggest getting out of the area for more restaurant choices that aren’t centered on the Strip.

Excellent location, spacious and lots of added touches. Ivy provided additional perks that were much appreciated. Anytime we had a question, she was very responsive. Would recommend this renta for a spacious place, very close to the strip.

I would definitely stay at Marks place again in the future! Close to my family and very affordable. Mark and his wife were super friendly. Place was clean and we enjoyed every minute!

Great place for short-term visits. The parking spot is outside and it's not covered, but works fine. The pool size is great for adults!

This was the perfect place for me and my two friends to spend the weekend in Vegas for a friend’s wedding. The condo was spotlessly clean, had comfortable furniture and nice hot showers, with great A/C for the hot Vegas days. The dedicated parking spot outside the unit was useful since we had a rental car. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Cesar was a God Send!!!! His home was ready in less than an hour notice after our previous booking cancelled when we arrived for check in time. Cesar was sweet, caring, and was quick to answer our messages. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood and a short drive from Strip, Fremont, and all amenities such as grocery stores and gas stations. If considering this AirBnb, my advice book the Airbnb.

Val’s place was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. Would stay here again if ever in Vegas.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mesquite! Nevada. Our rented condo was excellent, in a clean, quiet, community. And everyone we met there were so friendly. Our hostess was great, kept us informed as we got closer to arrival date and was so willing to help in any way if anything was needed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay, gated community- location very close to strip - its behind middle of strip ( MGM ) taxi/uber cost to strip $10-15 during day, apartment clean , comfortable beds, lots of towels, clean linen , kitchen has all equipment needed, very quiet, nice pool view, security good felt safe. A/C keep us cool . Would recommend if you don’t wish to stay in a hotel . Glad we made this choice .

Paula was super helpful prior to getting to the unit. She actually reached out to me to let me know that if I needed an earlier check in time that she could accommodate me I needed to get there earlier. She was also very receptive to me texting her when I was having troubles adjusting the HVAC unit. Paula had the housekeeper come to the unit to adjust it for me. The Unit is beautifully designed, and super clean. It would be a great place to stay for an even longer timeframe than I needed with a few small adjustments. I suggested adding to their spices and a few small things like foil & ziploc bags. I travel with a lot of my own things but when you're traveling from out of town having the small things sometimes makes a great difference. The unit was on the corner of the building and at the back of the complex. It was very quiet at night time. I will definitely reach out to Paula if I need a unit in the Mesquite, NV area again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It’s a perfect spot off the Strip—quiet and relaxing, but still just a quick drive to all the action. The place was spotless and really well maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—super clean, private, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nicely appointed, roomy, and very clean. Lots of great touches like a computer monitor and desk, spare cords for mobile devices, miscellaneous toiletries, just to name a few. I will happily stay again if I’m in the area.
