A wonderful condo in Las Vegas, well located in a quiet and safe gated community. The place is spacious, very clean and well decorated. It has all amenities you might need, two large bathrooms, and an open kitchen concept. The host is very responsive, kind and friendly. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Everything was perfect only thing I would say was she mixed 2 numbers up in one of the codes but it is very easy to get it mixed up so I completely understand. Bedsides that perfect place would definitely recommend and come back!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

Stayed here for a couple days with friends. Loved the place very clean and host was very responsive when having trouble with the refrigerator, sent a maintenance man in the same day. Lovely home, I hope to book next year again😊

This place was great, Koko was very nice and responsive, all the casinos were super close like 5 minutes away, and there was lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The place was very spacious clean, and modern loved it and would definitely stay again

This place was great! very clean with covered parking ! Mimi and Matt were great host, asked what our trip was for, gave local options near by, grocery, restaurants, hiking areas, we celebrated my daughter's birthday, they had left individually sized bundt cakes with candles for us. super sweet! They checked in on us as a bad wind storm came up. we thought that was very nice. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes and nice pans. Quiet and clean. would reccomend and stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that offered as much as this one did. He offered many drinks and snacks while also offering many bathroom supplies. He was very responsive and kind!! It was also pretty clean. The location was great because it wasn’t too far from Vegas and not too close. Only con was we couldn’t find any airbnbs in Vegas that had hot water then we came across this one. Unfortunately, the shower only stayed warm for 10 mins then was freezing for the next person that had to shower. All in all, I do recommend this place!

Lizandra’s place was perfect for what we were looking for for a chill girls weekend. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood but about a 15 min drive to the strip if you are interested in going out. It was also very clean and had all amenities mentioned.

Staying at Elad’s was a wonderful experience that truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. Elad was an attentive and welcoming host, always quick to respond and offer help when needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, home-like place to stay.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Great location, amazing host

We were very happy to stay at Brooke’s place. Front desk was able to accommodate late night check in with no issues and assigned us a room in tower 3, which is right next to the main building and has its own small pool and hot tub. The room was just as described, clean, with enough towels and toiletries and it had a view of the Sphere (kids’ favorite part). Loved having washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking on the premises, which is a big plus and we could use amenities either in the main building or tower 3. All the pools and hot tubs were clean, plenty of pool towels, and we had an issue finding a lounger. They advertised happy hour and even free mimosas on certain days but we weren’t able to check it out due to our busy schedule. I saw some reviews mentioned sales pitches about timeshare- not a single person bothered us during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very convenient to restaurants and markets if you need to run and buy little things. It feels safer with the location being in a gated community. I highly recommend and will definitely be back here again next time I need a het away.
