Vacation rentals with a pool in Chattooga River

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Hiking Trails and Waterfalls within the community, great amenities for guest use. We all had a wonderful time.

This home was everything we wanted and more! it was perfect for our family gathering, and they decorated beautifully for Christmas which made us feel right at home. The home was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The hottub was a great addition!! We even said we may try and book this home again next year for our early Christmas gathering!

We had a wonderful family reunion Thanksgiving at Alan’s. The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! Many people in our party commented that the pictures did not do the property justice. We were a multigenerational family, and everyone found something to do whether it was watching football from the cozy basement or going on the lake in the paddleboard or hanging out in the hot tub!It was the perfect way to spend our holiday with our senior Tigers!

We just got home from our extended weekend! This is the third year we’ve done this & first year at one of Matt’s properties. We chose this house bc of the indoor pool and the three kids!!! It was amazing. We come to relax and “get away” before the busy holiday season. We cook at home and play games! This house has the switch and that was a huge hit. Remember this home is BYO everything- they do offer a starter pack (as he notes) but remember foil and any other cooking needs, any soap needs, and would suggest eye/night masks if using the bunk rooms (kids did). The kitchen is stunning- the floor plan is perfect as I am recovering from an ankle surgery. Our besties from Charleston meet us there (hence 3rd year) and we are from Indianapolis- it’s the most perfect meeting spot to spend QT with FRAMily, create memories and did we mention THAT VIEW! The kids woke up each day and were in that pool for HOURS! We even did AM swims before the 6 hour drive home. Look forward to next year!!

The walks and river made our stay excellent even more than we had hoped . House was perfect for the four of us and our golden retrievers . Thank you

Amazing!! Murphy is special

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely loved our stay the second time as well as the first. Deanna was amazing. They had the home ready for us well before our allotted check in time and then even was able to accommodate or later check out time. As before we loved the little touches of accommodation with the extras. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home! It is an amazing place to say the least!

This cabin is beautiful! Very spacious and clean. We had our 6 month old grandson with us. There was a baby float in the pool area. You really don’t even have to leave the cabin. Pool, hot tub and fire pit all as described. The cabin is on a hill and the road is narrow so make sure you are in a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

The views were amazing! Loved having a smaller space to relax in!

It was everything it said it was. The lock was a bit complicated getting in and out, once we figured it out it was great. Otherwise, the condo had everything we need and we had a wonderful time. The views were really amazing!

This was an amazing Airbnb could not recommend it more. The pictures represented the condo to a tee. Beautiful view from the balcony and windows of the Smokey Mountains. Location was amazing to get that true mountain experience along with being a short drive to Downtown Gatlinburg and other surrounding sites such as national park trails. Truly enjoyed this location and stay at the Lofty Loft Airbnb.

I stayed here for a night the place smelled great and the scenery is to die for will be booking agian soon a really nice and peaceful place

The view is beyond what was described, completely breathtaking! I would recommend if you haven’t frequented the mountains that you take the Gatlinburg bypass route and not the Ski Mountain route. Ski Mountain route has a number of sharp turns and steep inclines. The Gatlinburg bypass/Wiley Oakley route is much more manageable. The place matches the description and was very clean and well maintained.

We (two couples) needed a last-minute place to stay in Gatlinburg and wanted to be walkable to the main strip. We found Trevor's condo, booked, and were inside within about 30 minutes. Trevor communicated quickly and thoroughly and was so gracious to accommodate our last-minute stay. His condo is in a spectacular location--far enough off the strip to be peaceful but an easy stroll to town. It's on the main level of the complex (no stairs/elevator needed from the parking lot) and just a couple of flights down to the stairs that take you to town. There is a big balcony with seating to enjoy the gorgeous mountains. Inside is cozy with a fireplace and plenty of room for four. The kitchen area is compact but offered all we needed for a long weekend. The king bedroom is big with access to a private bathroom. The guest room is smaller but has plenty of room for a couple (you must walk out of the bedroom to access the second bathroom). We loved this condo and would happily stay here again.

Place was perfect for my families needs and proximity to convention center and restaurants was great 👍

This stay was cozy and in a great place for walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. The views from the balcony were great and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. Very well kept up and maintained. I unfortunately had to cut my trip short, but the hosts were responsive and caring to my change of plans.

My partner and I wanted a weekend getaway to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. Tracie and Tom were very welcoming. The guesthouse was beautiful and such a unique experience. Tracie and Tom gave us multiple recommendations for restaurants and we were able to try a few on our short stay. The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Me and my family had a wonderful time visiting Tennessee and staying in Overmoon’s. Would highly recommend. The location was great and close to everything.

This will be our first choice for future trips to Athens! Great location and very close to Normal Town and Downtown. Cute and cozy house with nice updated bathrooms. The fenced backyard and frontyard were clutch for our dog to get some exercise after a long drive. Very easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful stay for an extended family vacation for 16. The pool and hot tub were great, the layout of the home was exactly what we needed and the proximity to Dollywood, zip lining and other attractions was just right. The only issue- and it was minor- is that we chose to cook most meals and for a home that accommodates 20 people there could have been more serving bowls, platters, large pots and pans. Otherwise the home was immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable and linens/towels of high quality. Would definitely look to stay here again!

This is a beautiful location and the amenities of the property are great. We enjoyed the pool house and found the area great for yoga and relaxing! The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great getaway!
