Vacation rentals with lake access in Chattooga River

This spot had the most amazing view of the Lake and was so peaceful to enjoy. The property was well equipped and we enjoyed our time here so much we would stay here again. Perfect for a family we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Only recommendation would be to have extra blankets and pillows but everything else was top notch. We will be back!

This house has it all. We had a mix of sunshine and rain during our stay, but that didn't stop this house from entertaining. Everything was set up well, instructions were clear and the host had great communication. Absolutely zero complaints and hope to revisit sometime

The house was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and even smelled great. The kitchen was equipped with EVERY utensil we possibly needed. We were only able to use the paddle boards on our last day due to weather but they were great when we did. Also enjoyed a campfire and saw a million stars on clear nights. Overall we loved the place and felt right at home.

Good location, clean and the bunk room was a great space for the kids

This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

This was a perfect location - a couple friends and I just needed a quiet place to stay for a few days while in the area to do some fishing on nearby lakes. Connie's place is serene, beautiful, and very close to town while enjoying the benefits of being countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the property is really nicely taken care of!

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Absolutely loved this place ! Well decorated and had everything we needed . Neighbors were very friendly ! The location is great and convenient to plenty of shopping / restaurants etc . The only regret is we didn’t stay longer :)

This cabin is exactly as described. It looks just like the pictures and the water level of the lake was exactly what they described. This get-a-way was exactly what I needed, kayaks, hammocks, peace and quiet. Driveway is a little tricky/ steep. I would definitely stay here again.

debbie's place is truly a home away from home! The lakefront property is relaxing and peaceful. Would love to stay again if we ever visit the area.

Blueberry Cottage was all we had hoped for a stop on our long road trip to move across the country. Very homey and our dog Tommy loved it and warmed right up to the space. Plenty of room for multiple guests, private back porch which was so peaceful to wake up and have coffee. Stocked with everything you could need. Thank you for sharing your home, Heather!

Jeffreys lakehouse was absolutely incredible. The view is perfect and we had a wonderful time out on the lake. Would highly recommend!
