House vacation rentals in Charleston County

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

Frank was a great host for our small group of mom’s. We enjoyed the space, sipping coffee and wine on the balcony. The place was near the King Street action but far enough to not be right in the mix.

We had an incredible stay at this beachside duplex. The location and house were perfect. Just steps from the beach, it was so easy to return for snacks, clean bathroom breaks, or staggered showers with our group of 8. The house was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed (including fridge condiments!). We loved the pool, porches with cozy furniture, provided beach chairs, and the fun garage setup. Being right across from Bert’s Market was a total win. It had everything from snacks to late-night people watching. We were also within walking distance of great restaurants, the pier, and even pickleball courts. Jessie and Robin were outstanding. They sent detailed guidebooks for both Folly Beach and Charleston and checked in many times during our stay. Best of all, they were flexible and understanding when our flights were delayed. The combination of comfort, location, and thoughtful hosting made this a truly special getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at Jayne’s house. The location is terrific and the house is fully stocked with everything you need for a great visit. We enjoyed the pool and pool area every day. She communicated extremely well and had great suggestions on local places to visit and dine. We will definitely return in the future.

The place superseded my expectations. My family absolutely loved it. we have officially claimed it as our home away from home. A lot of effort has been put in this home to assure a very enjoyable stay for their guest. We appreciate you guys!!

Fantastic house, sat back from the main road enough to offer privacy. Walkable to a bunch of amazing coffee and breakfast/lunch spots, and not too long of a walk to King Street etc. Master bath has the most amazing double shower, and kitchen was fully stocked to cook up whatever we needed.

Melissa’s place was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We loved hanging out in her home. All 3 bedrooms were beautiful with beautiful views and beautiful bathrooms. We enjoyed her spacious kitchen and screened in porch looking at the sunset and water view. Her home was very conveniently located and walking distance to downtown IOP near grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

Visited Goose Creek to visit my grandsons you are going to Naval school there so we wanted a place close by the base. This was the perfect place for us. Very homey and comfy. The boys loved it. I would highly recommend the Charming Ranch house to anyone looking for a place to stay. When we visit again this is where we’d like to stay again. Host was very responsive, kept us updated and informed. Can’t wait to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We had rented the home about 5 years ago. We love the location and the peaceful dead end street. We could get anywhere quickly. We have always felt so at home here. We’ll definitely be back! It fits our needs perfectly to visit our children nearby! Thank you for great memories!

Very neat home in folly, close to all restaurants and shops! Fenced in backyard for the pups which was a plus.

This is our second stay at 20 Burns Lane, and everything was exactly as expected! Lisa’s home is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Our family used it as a home base while in town for a wedding. The first floor en suite bedroom was perfect for my elderly father, who doesn’t do well with stairs. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our party of 6. The rate was reasonable for all that this home provided, and allowed us to save money by eating breakfast at home on the outdoor patio. Lisa responded quickly to questions about where to find the duvet for the third floor air mattress. The location can be a little noisy at night (which we were aware of) but Lisa has helpfully provided earplugs, a box fan, and sound machine in the bedrooms to help muffle the sound.

Great location, very clean house, nice patio and porches on both sides. could not figure out to make the refrigerator get colder and it was slightly smaller than most, but this was not an issue that effected my stay. great house overall.

Absolutely charming house. The home was spotless with comfortable beds and a great location. It was a good location to shopping and restaurants on nearby King street. Very little car traffic on the street and walking distance to a good coffee/bakery shop. Host was extremely helpful when we had a medical emergency with our 82y/o parent. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Charleston. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful but unfortunately brief stay at the Eco House; Hurricane Debby prevented us from fully experiencing everything this house and Folly beach offers. April is a great host and we hope to have an opportunity to return again soon. The beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants on Center St. are a few short blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride through this lovely, quiet neighborhood.

What an absolutely wonderful place! Beautifully decorated, amazing little touches, right across from the beach, peaceful, great parking — a perfect spot for Folly Beach and Charleston exploration. Highly recommend!
