Although I didn't get a chance to meet Yuko and Ethan in person, they were perfect hosts. Their property is beautiful and charming. I came to Tivoli to attend my daughter's graduation from Bard and this location was ideal. The drive to campus was only 5 minutes. For breakfast, I recommend grabbing a coffee and breakfast sandwich at Tivoli General. For dinner, Santa Fe Tivoli is a great Mexican spot. Overall, I had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend staying here.

The Carriage House was absolutely perfect for our gals weekend getaway! Christine was delightful to communicate with, friendly and helpful. The Carriage House was cozy, comfortable, and well appointed with everything you could imagine to make for a smooth and effortless stay. The Carriage House was walkable to several great restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores and a quick drive to Bloomfield and Wellington. Highly recommend a stay at the Carriage House!

A massive thank you to Julian and Karen! I brought my girlfriend here for our 5 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The cabin was so cozy and our hosts were so kind. Woodstock was a really cool area and it is only 20 minutes away from the cabin. We would love to come back in the future :)

We had such a great time at Rob's beach house! It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our dog. Rob met us at check in and gave us an overview of the cottage and some great local recommendations. The waterfront location is peaceful and secluded, but still within 20-30 minutes of many great wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Even with unseasonably cool weather, our dog loved swimming in the crystal clear waters of the lake. We would love to visit again in the future!!

This is I believe our 4th year staying at Sheena’s place in Saugerties the same weekend in May for a hockey tournament. The space is walking distance to town and the rink so we can enjoy the nightlife. The place is always immaculate, with fresh lilacs on table, water tea and coffee available for the morning. Bonus washer and dryer especially helpful during the hockey tournament. Sheen is always super responsive and flexible during our stays. Highly recommend Sheena’s place.

This was our second stay with Joe and Amy hosting us and it was lovely yet again! They are extremely friendly and responsive. The place is serene and gorgeous. We absolutely adore the chickens and thoroughly enjoyed the fishing spot they told us about. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and relax away from city life. We plan to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, it looked exactly like the photos but was also better in person. The decorations make it feel very warm and cozy and the house plants are beautiful to look at. This place was one the cleanest Airbnbs I have been to. Jen also provided many of the amenities that you could need including a list of recommendations upon arrival (we visited Mullet Falls)! We would love to return!

We had a great stay at Margarets place! It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Margaret was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. Lots of great hiking and restaurants within minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Kyles guesthouse was wonderful, and we would definitely return. If you’re looking to escape into beautiful serene scenery away from the hustle and bustle this is it! Lots to do in the surrounding areas, but it’s wonderful to return to the peace and quiet of this airbnb. The accommodations were great and just as described. The only thing I’d note is that the guesthouse is attached to the main house, and so noise travels. Nothing that bothered us, but something to note if that’s something you care about. Anyway, I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot in one of our favorite parts of the Hudson Valley (right near amazing hikes in Minnewaska / Mohonk, and near enough solid breweries / restaurants). Place was private and felt at home (we even cooked in one night), and our dog enjoyed the big grassy backyard (just a note for dog owners: it is not fenced in). Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for Thanksgiving in Accord with family. Although attached to Jolle's house, it was entirely private with its own entrance and parking area. The cottage is pristine, very nicely put together and so very comfortable. Underfloor heating made it even cosier on a very wintery snowy Thanksgiving Day! Jolle's very welcoming gift of local chocolates, a bottle of wine and coffee in the freezer made us feel welcome. All the local recommendations were helpful and we all decided that this was the place to come back to next time we return to Accord! Highly recommended.

Great experience! 2 wineries within 1 mile. Close to great hiking. William, was very accommodating with check in & check out time. Would highly recommend staying here. Very cute , clean and comfortable with get amenities.

My husband and his dad and brother stayed here for a boys weekend. They loved all the amenities, especially the pool and poker table since it rained all weekend! The place was peaceful and comfortable but had very little restaurants nearby. Despite few restaurants if you're looking for getaway somewhere peaceful and private with great amenities for an affordable price, this is the right spot :) Thanks Chance!

Quaint wonderful place filled with nearly every cooking need -even a carton of local eggs! Also Anne’s love of healthy and natural products was evident through shampoos, hand creams, and the like for our use. Finally Anne was so responsive to every question or need, usually within a minute! We will return. Please know that Google gps wrongly stated that Anne’s address was across the road where a school sits.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! Denise's place is beautifully designed and has lots of thoughtful touches. The house is less than a 10 min drive from Accord and 15 min from New Paltz, so there was a nice balance of nature/privacy with easy access to restaurants and things to see. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and check in was smooth and easy.

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

The Lily Cottage is definitely a must visit for a peaceful getaway! We loved how quaint and clean the space was. Jim was a lovely host and very responsive. Can’t recommend the Lily Cottage enough :-) We are definitely coming back!

Donna’s place is beautiful - felt at home and we loved that we could bring our dog - Donna left treats for our dog and blueberry muffins for breakfast that were delicious, all these little extras were very appreciated. Will stay again if we are in the area!!

I had such a great stay at Yelena's charming little house! It’s small but super cute, making it the perfect place for three people. Everything was cozy and well-appointed, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is also fantastic—there are some adorable spots nearby to explore, with plenty of cute cafes and shops. Yelena and Katia were friendly and responsive, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint and relaxing getaway!
