Great stay. Awesome set up in the living room with projector TV and reclining couches. Nice kitchen. Very happy with the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Denise and Mike's. The space was exactly as advertised, communication was informative and prompt, and the location was exactly what we were looking for with proximity to local shops, cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to the PEC area to book your stay with Denise and Mike.

Genuinely one of the most charming and delightful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Julian was super communicative and he gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was perfect. I reached out to Kate several times and she always answered immediately. Only thing missing from the listing was there is a washer and dryer. Great surprise I would definitely come again if town

Thank you for the lodging. This unit has a lot of potential! I made use of the projector and even broke out my darts which I’ve been traveling with my for a year and a half and not used the entire time. That was fun! Unit shows it has been loved and lived in but also has a clean open layout and modern fun amenities like a small foosball table and an arcade machine loaded with a large selection of games like PAC Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, and many more. The key fob thing took a little getting used to but it was fine! If I play Syracuse again I’ll definitely look at these units again. Thanks!

The place was super cute and homey! The aesthetic was adorable, and all of the appliances were spankin new and clean. The Murphy bed was cozy and the home theater was awesome. I loved that you can heat the recliner and the massage setting was nice as well. Vanessa was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had about the place! The process of checking in and out was easy and straightforward. A lovely little place to stay overall. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Semkin’s place. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location. Bonus points for proximity to the indoor water park! Semkin is a great host and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is gorgeous!! Looks like the pictures. Beautifully decorated, super cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful area surrounded by gorgeous trees. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was sparkling clean and was the perfect touch. Hosts were friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We'd definitely go again and would happily recommend this place to others! Only tiny heads-up: no ice maker, so bring a bag if you need ice. Other than that, it was perfect! We'd come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

We had a very nice stay for Mother’s Day weekend. Cozy, homey country house adorned with plants and all the amenities we needed. Great outdoor space with a fire pit, walking trails, and a little creek. We also enjoyed the spacious, comfortable sectional and large projector screen for watching movies! Our favorite thing about Kurt & Lea’s place, is the location. If you don’t mind walking, Woodstock shops are only about 20 mins walk down the road. Set next to a scenic creek, Bearsville Center is also less than a 5 mins drive down the road. There, you can find a live music venue, a pub, and restaurants. The Bear cantina has good Mexican food and a solid frozen margarita. There’s an organic grocery store under 5 min walk from the house. We recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the beautiful and eclectic style of the home, definitely a wonderful family experience! It was clean, comfortable, a great location and very easy to settle in for our family of 10!

This home was cozy and very convenient to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is beautiful and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great location - easy to walk to the main strip that has restaurants. Short drive to gas, DD, bigger chain restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Small park few blocks away for the kids to play wiffle ball. Plenty of parking by the house. Easy drive to All-Star Village. House is equipped with everything you need. The house has beautiful stained glass windows and a lot of "old charm" to it. Lovely front porch to sit outside and enjoy coffee. But expect older appliances, flooring, cabinets, drawers, furniture, windows, bedding, etc. Everything was in working condition. House is spacious and easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave made it very easy, provided an early check in which was very helpful to get settled before the ASV parade. One of the families who has a younger son (who hopes he will also play at ASV in the future) already said she would book here again! Thanks Dave!

Stayed on Sacket Lake for a week with family and friends. Tabitha was super responsive and helpful as a host, answering all our questions quickly and giving helpful recommendations for our stay. The house was cozy; and the basement lounge area was lots of fun. The lake view from the dinner table and windows made every morning pleasant and lake nights in the hot tub were so relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a catskills retreat.
