Love the house, very spacious , nice garden. Very unique place, super cool collection of toys. Would definitely stay there again.

My adult daughter & I drove down from Oakland to Monterey to go to the aquarium on Mother's day. This was the perfect place to stay! The townhouse has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 (primary) bedroom upstairs, along with a large kitchen, dining room & family room on the top floor. This has would be great for a larger group two, but we enjoyed each having our own floor. Melí was a great host, with ample communication and suggestions for activities and restaurants. She even left a little gift basket of snacks & a bottle of local wine for Mother's day. Everything was very thoughtful, both in the house and with the host communication. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely look to see if this house is available!

We’ve been staying at Dennis’s rental homes for our annual Monterey trip over the past few years, and they never disappoint. Dennis is a fantastic host, always responsive and thoughtful. The house is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything our family needs. We love the spacious layout and enjoyed spending time on the backyard patio. The location is perfect, close to the wharf, beaches, and all the local attractions. We look forward to our next stay!

What a beautiful comfortable period home, spectacular location and view! Off road parking and quiet neighbourhood…with sea otters & whales on your doorstep. All modern amenities, comfortable beds and great shower! Thoroughly recommend it.

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

The house was much bigger and accommodating to groups than the pictures showed. The upstairs and top patio were so awesome!!! The backyard with hot tub was smaller an expected, but that's okay! It would have been nice to have purified water or bottled water in the fridge.

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

Michele's rental apartment was charming and the decor inspired by Paris was delightfully whimsical. The kitchen was well equipped - perfect for our short stay. Also, there was a small balcony which was ideal for dining. The grounds had beautiful flowers. Michele was always available to answer our questions. Thank you Michele!

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at Fidel’s place and it was truly a wonderful stay. It was very close to Monterey and Carmel. The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom and everything was very nice and neat. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in future. Wonderful neigborhood- lots to walk to and close to UCSC.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Great location to surf Steamer Lane or walk the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable apartment outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. Couldn’t really have asked for more.

Place is exactly as described but also clean and inviting! Location location location- can’t beat it. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely comfortable place. Loved the decor and the great light from all the windows. Centrally located close to the beach, boardwalk, parks, and restaurants. The place was spacious and met all our needs. We will definitely return for another stay.

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Harbor House and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Super easy check-in starts your stay on the right track. Perfect location, great parking, amazing view, friendly neighbors, amazing outdoor space and well-equipped kitchen and beach supplies make this better than most other properties. We will always return when visiting Santa Cruz.

Great place! Short walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, updated bathrooms, floors etc, beautiful, modern decor, clean, dazzling ocean view from all the windows. Little touches of care, like sunscreen in the cabinet, ketchup in the fridge, and plenty of interesting books in the night stand, really put this place over the top! Will book again!
