Just a few minutes from the beach! We loved being able to walk the dog on the beach first thing in the morning. We also found our new favorite breakfast spot, Tiki Cafe, on our walk back. Check in and out was super easy. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

This home was perfect for our family of 8 for a quick visit to town for a memorial. The house was spotless, everything we needed was there and Ashely was very responsive any time we had a question. we would definitely rent this house again. The pool was lovely, 80 degrees and absolutely perfect for a morning swim.

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and neat and the neighborhood was very quiet. Only a few minutes from the beach and lots of things to do around town. Host was super nice and prompt to answering any questions we had even left us a little treat basket which my children enjoyed. I would definitely book this home again.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

Fouad is next level amazing at his job. We ran into some unforeseen hiccups. They happen. He handled himself absolutely perfectly. My guy handled the situation and made sure our stay was the best possible outcome. 10/10 recommend any of his stays!

We had an amazing stay at this Cocoa Beach house! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights — we spent a lot of time lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Being right on the canal made it even better; we loved watching the water and even spotted some dolphins! The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was quiet but still close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay!

had an amazing girls weekend here and loved it! only thing we regret is that we didn’t book the place for a longer stay - between the beach nearby, the hot tub, the mini golf, the games, and more - we weren’t able to fully take advantage of it all simply because we didn’t have the time (such a great problem to have!) The place itself looks like the photos and was super clean. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathleen’s place to celebrate our birthdays. Kathleen was a fantastic host. She always made herself available and was full of interesting history about Clear Landing. We loved meeting and hanging out with the two well-behaved ladies who also live there (Holly & Noelle, the chickens!), found the home to be cozy, and it meet our needs. The outdoor screened-in area was a real highlight for us, too, where we enjoyed dinner every night. During the day, we explored the Canaveral National Seashore and also couldn’t believe how close we were to the Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area — literally across the street, with even more conservation land right out the back the other way that goes straight to and past Tosohatchee Creek. So, you’re surrounded by wildlife. It’s a true nature’s delight. Clear Landing is, for sure, an interesting stay. Thanks for a memorable trip, Kathleen!
