Vacation rentals with a patio in Cape Canaveral

Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

This place is incredible. I fell in love with it as soon as I walked up the steps and saw the view. Serene. Tranquil. Peaceful. Beautiful. I can go on and on. The place is perfectly cozy. It’s impeccably clean. And the location itself is a short drive from everything you’d want to eat or see in Cocoa Beach. I will rent this again and this time it will be for a longer weekend! Kris is an excellent host. Always responds with answers to any questions I had. Overall a great experience and Kris has set the bar extremely high for Airbnb rentals and hosts because this was my first experience with Airbnb. This was a great weekend.

We had a great 6 nights with 2 grandchildren. We had everything we needed—the well supplied laundry room was appreciated!

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

Perfectly situated for relaxation. I loved that it was within walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. Right down the street is a pier for fishing, a community center, and playground. The Melbourne market right across the street has a great deal of international foods to try. I would stay here above any other location if it was available.

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

My family and I came down for a little mini fishing trip and we were 30 minutes away from the lake. We wanted to fish on we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was spotless and well kept it looked like it had been newly remodeled, and we will definitely be returning in the near future for another stay It was only 12 minutes to the beach and the river as well. We had three nights down at the beach, eating at restaurants on the ocean that were fantastic.

Very beautiful home, everything looked exactly like the pictures. The house was clean and comfortable to stay in. Jeff was a great host and we hope to stay again some day!!

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a person who travels a lot it is always nice to have someplace comfortable to rest even if it’s only for 1 night. The neighborhood seemed great and safe- overall very pleasant stay.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

We came over from Orlando to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with his best friends. They were amazed at the house, all the incredible art, and they loved the bedrooms. The balconies were super cool with hammock swings and wind chimes. Greg was extremely kind and helpful for everything I requested. We were fortunate to see a mama turtle lay her eggs, and a pod of manatees. I’ll definitely book again.

Great home, the area feels safe and the location was perfect for us;close to everything but also very quiet. The home is spacious and well laid out. This was one of my favorite Airbnbs.

While the building is older, the interior appeared to be recently remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The furniture were clean and newer. I have stayed at several hotels and condos near this location and this was by far the best. The 2nd floor balcony was being rebuilt so not available but that was minor. Only downside was that there is no in-unit washer and dryer like other places. I highly recommend.

The condo was exactly as described, and we really felt at home during our stay. Monica seems to have thought of everything her guests might need during their stay and has it all readily available. Communication was easy and responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely look for this condo first if we ever find ourselves vacationing in Cocoa Beach.

This space was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed plus some. Very clean space, easy access to the beach. Ana was so helpful and responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The location couldn’t be better, the instructions were very detailed and Melanie‘s communication was perfect. The view from the condo was absolute heaven, the beds were comfy and we had everything that we needed. We went for a girls weekend getaway, and it was the absolute perfect spot!

Julia was great! We were previously staying at a different airbnb and it had an electrical issue so we had to leave immediately. We booked at 8pm hoping that Julia would be able to approve immediately so we could move in that night and she did! We were so grateful. The place was comfy with a well stocked kitchen and the view and balcony were absolutely beautiful. Thank you again for saving our vacation! We are truly grateful!

Great place to stay right by the beach!

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!
