Daniel’s place is a true Paradise. The cabin is comfortable and roomy enough for up-to 3-4 people and has thoughtful features like some snacks, a coffee machine and TV with streaming services. The bed was very comfortable and the area is so quiet and peaceful it was a true break from everything. The waterfront property is just across the road with access to lake, kayaks, hammocks, a fire pit and plenty of grills to bbq. You can sense the thoughtfulness Daniel has put into every little thing - the green areas, the fire pit and the covered pavilion. He is also the most gracious and responsive host ever. Will answer all your questions almost immediately. It’s well worth a visit and we will definitely return.

My family and I had the greatest experience at Sheri's place. My fur babies acted like puppies again. Our kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool. Sheri had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and comfort. We made so many great memories beneath the stars and loved the privacy the property had. We made sure to pick up after our dogs and cleaned it as best as possible before leaving. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We enjoyed our short stay. Nice private and secluded space but still close enough to great bakery, good coffee shops. Had no idea the theater and Ingram Dam were just minutes away. Nice place with all the amenities we needed.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful views, wildlife and peaceful retreat. Place has everything you need! Hosts were so friendly and kind. They went above and beyond preparing us for an upcoming storm in the area and definitely showed they care! It meant a lot. I would recommend this place for sure!

This was a fantastic place! It is located within walking distance of H-E-B and some restaurants. It is well stocked and clean and in a beautiful setting! Jackie was fantastic to work with… a terrific host!

This was one of the most peaceful weekend getaways we have ever had! The phenomenal views outside were only matched by our host’s outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

A really cute little spot. Spacious and nicely decorated. Very roomy bath with a great shower. We liked it a lot. It’s in a neat old building with high ceilings and windows. Not huge but very open. There was some odd banging noise that woke us in the middle of the night, possibly from the business in the adjacent space but it wasn’t a big deal. Food from the restaurant was delivered and very good. This is a great alternative to expensive tourist areas. Close to everything you need and easy to get around. We’ll definitely be back and stay longer next time.

I had a peaceful time here and the hosts were great. Everything was as described and it's a good location if one wants to live a peaceful rural life for a bit.

Beautiful Cabin was way more than expected! I was very quiet and Peaceful!! The hummingbirds in the Morning with that View, Drinking My Morning Coffee was so peaceful!! We will be Definitely booking Again! Andrea was very helpful on sending us to some local swimming holes That HAD WATER!! Loved the cabin, loved The fast response from Whiskey Mountain Staff!! Just loved it All! Kitchen was equipped with all that I needed BIG PLUS!! Thank you Whiskey Mountain it was a lovely get away! Hope to see y'all soon . Blessings 🙏
