This is a beautiful home and the descriptions and pictures are 100% accurate. Rashad was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve encountered and I would absolutely book with him again!

Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We've stayed at Cynthia's house twice now and would love to return. It's a great property for children. Easily spacious enough for our family of 5. There are lovely parks close by for the kids (Whitney Community Park, for example). Groceries, restaurants etc are a short drive away too. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.

We had a great stay in Folsom in this nice cozy home. The home was clean and in a nice location.

Staying here was great and upon arrival was very clean. There were plenty of towels for my family and I to use. Also, all the TVs and electronic devices were clean and ready to use with clear instructions . Checking in and out was painless and communicating to the host was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family and it was perfect! Eve was so helpful with all questions I had which made it that much better. Would stay again! :)

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

We stayed for a family wedding, had a great time and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have WiFi, a washer and dryer, we were able to make meals in the kitchen, which helped cut down on expenses, and it was fun to see the goats every morning. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful rural neighborhood with a beautiful pond. We appreciated timely and responsive communication with Ira and the helpful binder that was left at the kitchen counter.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. It feels like home. The garden is so inviting, the beds are so comfy, the kitchen has everything, the neighborhood is quiet, Old Folsom is walking distance, and there are even coffee pods (caff and decaf!), shower amenities, and laundry detergent to use. I wish all hosts paid attention like Allison does. Just wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Kim’s guide book for activities and local restaurants was spot on and helpful! Local food is amazing! The house was clean and well kept with all amenities! Kim was very responsive and helpful along the way. This location was perfect for our family wedding weekend!

Do not hesitate about booking a stay at Jennifer's home, she is a great host and very responsive. The home is lovely and is in pristine condition, all is as described. We really enjoyed the patio outside too, and spent a lot of time sipping coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It is peaceful and a very comfortable home to stay in.

Fantastic home/cabin in Pollock Pines near Sly Park. Nicole first and foremost was a fantastic host, very proactive, which is wonderful. If I had a question she was always super quick to respond, which makes it easy and no waiting around which I greatly appreciate. The home was immaculate, cozy and had all of the amenities. We loved how it was laid out with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and another queen bunk with Trundle so quite spacious for three bedroom. Each bedroom had a very large walk-in closet also lovely along with the spa tub in the master along with the shower. The balcony is lovely as well with a hanging lounge and nice eating area as well as barbecue. beds, very comfy and cozy and all linens provided. About a mile from Jenkins Lake, great for paddle boarding hiking. We hiked the waterfall trail, which was gorgeous lake itself was a beautiful greenish blue and we definitely planning a trip back. Would recommend this house to families, girls trip! Hour from Sacto!

Jakob’s place was everything! Perfect for couples wanting some time alone or for an anniversary. The couches and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for a romantic dinner! When we got there, there was a note and Tulips gifted to Me and My fiancé for our anniversary! The scenery is nice and the tiki garden was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family. The house is spacious so we had private time and time to join as a family. We had 7 people stay the night, and had extra room. The outside is tranquil and even more beautiful than the photos. And so grateful to the host that was so accommodating to our requests. Would recommend.

Our Book Club absolutely loved staying here! The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. We spent almost all of our time out on the deck - watching all the birds coming to the bird feeder was particularly enjoyable. A few of us enjoyed the beautiful pool & spa. We all agreed that we would love to come stay here again!

We had a great stay at Nadine's beautiful home on Apple Hill. The location close to all of the orchards and activities that Apple hill provides. It was a beautiful home that met all of our needs. Thank you!

We took a short trip and found this great airbnb location. Close to where we need to go. And commute wasn't crazy to our list of destinations. We loved the little touches in our airbnb, it made everything feel cozy and right at home for our visit. It was clean and smelled fresh. AC worked amazing because it was 102° in Sacramento during our visit. Thank you again!!
