This is a beautiful home and the descriptions and pictures are 100% accurate. Rashad was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve encountered and I would absolutely book with him again!

Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We've stayed at Cynthia's house twice now and would love to return. It's a great property for children. Easily spacious enough for our family of 5. There are lovely parks close by for the kids (Whitney Community Park, for example). Groceries, restaurants etc are a short drive away too. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

We needed a place for family to stay who has come into town for a family funeral. The place was roomy and had enough bedrooms for all the kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Very close to stores if you need anything. The home had everything you need to entertain we had so much fun celebrating my birthday here there was so much to do! I would definitely recommend!

We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated clearly and left out a couple items for us to enjoy in the kitchen- appreciated the extra touches. The host was flexible for a last minute booking which really got us out of a jam. The extra little thoughtful items and such a clean space was extra meaningful. Very thankful. ❤️

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences ever. The host was very responsive, and the place is even nicer than the photos. For our group, we found the spaces perfect for visiting day and night. We especially loved the outdoor space with covered seating and lots of it. The kitchen had everything you would ever want. Even had condiments and every appliance imaginable. The huge fridge was great. The beds were comfortable, and the two bedrooms w en-suite baths made it very nice. I only wish we had more time to spend at the house. We really enjoyed our time there and would book it again in a heartbeat. Close to great shopping and dining. Thanks, Carla, for creating such a great home and for sharing it with others!

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

There are not many nice hotels in Davis, strangely enough. And, from our search (and search by friends who attended the same wedding), not many nice Airbnb‘s. Either. We were so fortunate to find this lovely house, super well located in a quiet neighborhood that’s nearby to everything in Downtown Davis. Host was very easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions for everything. Highly recommended!

Just Awesome

This is a great house and would be a lot of fun with a big group. I found it a little expensive for us since we spent very very little time there. We were there only for sleep and there were only 4 of us so I feel like we didn’t get to fully get our bang for our buck but I would definitely like to come back and stay here again with a bigger group for more time!!

This is a fantastic place to stay! We’ve visited twice: first when our son started at the CHP Academy and again six months later for his graduation. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the CHP Academy. The house is two stories, with two sets of stairs. The second set, leading from the family room, is less steep and easier for my 82-year-old father to navigate. It consists of a few steps leading to a landing before a couple more steps upstairs. There are four bedrooms located on the upper floor, with no bedrooms on the ground floor. While garage access isn’t available, we could easily park our new Pacifica in the driveway. Note that there are no sidewalks in the neighborhood. Richard, the host, is extremely responsive and a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again, 100%!

The pictures of the house do not do it justice. We barbecued in the backyard and enjoyed the large dining area and kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Mariah was always responsive to questions and very accommodating. It’s difficult to find a large house to rent in Sacramento and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place nice backyard perfect for lounging and bbqing

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

I think this is our 3rd time or maybe 4th? We always choose Mikes place because it’s close to relatives we visit & it’s the best price Airbnb & hotel around the area. Always clean & well equipped & nice a peaceful to just chill for a while. Didn’t want for anything. Home away from home. Loved the new bath since we were there last, much easier to step into & a new comfortable bed too. As always the pretty peacocks always put on a show. Will always be our go to when we visit the area.

Oh my goodness! We are so glad we found this fantastic townhouse! We were impressed from the moment we walked in! The pictures are exact and it feels even bigger than it looks in pics! We wanted to test it out for future needs and she only had 2 nights open on the calendar, so we were sad to have to leave so soon, but we will be back! Leah has taken great care to make this home a perfect place for cooking meals and enjoying a relaxing vacation. The balcony was very comfortable and felt like an extension of the living room. Having a garage to pull in to was a bonus! Thank you again Leah!

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

This was our second time to stay here, what a beautiful spot. We enjoyed it immensely. There was a temporary issue with the water pressure to the toilets and Mike was very responsive to the situation and it was addressed immediately. We look forward to coming back!
