Beautiful and spacious home. The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen is large and well-equipped. The hosts were flexible with check in and check out times which was so helpful for our family with young kids. We would definitely stay again!

Internet didn’t work, but we didn’t need it anyway. Gate code was an issue, didn’t always work and was very temper mental Water pressure was very low and. I got water, but host fixed it immediately. Overall great stay for our group.

The Home is immaculate and the neighborhood is beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied with pots pans utensils and some spices...We love this area and this home has lots of privacy. Dorel and Lidia answered questions quickly. The ceiling fans are amazing and circulated the air well. It's great to have 2 ac 's! The Welcome Wine is a nice touch, and the grill worked well. Overall a great place and refreshing.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Jacob’s place for a bachelor party and the house was perfectly set up for that! Jacob was incredibly communicative and had everything needed to enjoy and host a bachelor trip which I appreciated as it made my job a whole lot easier. Some highlights: -Beer dice set up -a Lake with boating service that Jacob runs. ATX Boat service. It was very worth it if you have a big group and everyone chips in. I appreciated Jacob’s proactive communication, he’s super quick to follow up and made planning things easy. He was flexible with allowing us to stay a bit late so we could go straight to the airport.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect: close to everything I wanted to explore but still peaceful and relaxing. We stayed on the island during the week before the weekend crowd got there. It's such a peaceful and quiet community during the week if you really wanted a nice quiet get a away this is it. Something not mentioned in other reviews is just how comfortable the bed is. As someone with a spinal injury having a comfortable bed is really a big deal. The apartment is beautiful, open, very clean and the greatest location for parking and carrying your things in. We will Definitely be staying again.

First time booking a 3 bedroom at this resort and it was beautiful and clean. The host was very detailed in his instructions for staying at this location which was perfect as we have stayed at this Location before with a different host and it was a bit of a mess . But our host for this location was amazing! We will be back !

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

I'm so glad I found this place. We needed a spot for a birthday party last minute due to a hot water heater flood at our house. It couldn't have been more perfect. The kids had a BLAST splashing in the pool, swinging on the massive swing-set (mom had fun with that too😉😁), telling scary stories in the bunkbeds with their flashlights, and peering at the Longhorn and Bison over the fence. The details and antiques throughout the house are mesmerizing. The clawfoot tub was gorgeous and a nice way to wind down after meeting the demands of 8 kiddos all day. My daughters and their friends had a very memorable time. They enjoyed it so much that they came home and fell asleep almost immediately. 😄

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and quiet. Property has everything you could need. Highly recommend to future guests.
