Farmstay vacation rentals in Burnet County

I had a wonderful stay while on a work trip at Obichukwu Joshua’s condo. Directions were easy to follow for parking and check-in. The condo was clean and nicely equipped. The building is in a beautiful setting along the water with a nice pool area.

This was the most incredible place I have ever stayed in my life - and I have done some traveling! The pictures and description couldn’t even prepare me for how amazing it was. Not only is it gorgeous, unique, spacious, and clean - with every single amenity you could think of - the hosts were so helpful and kind! Super responsive but let us have our privacy after check in. I could not have asked for a better place to stay on a weekend away. And only an hour from my house in Austin! I am already planning on my next trip back. It really brought the group together in the most special way. I am eternally grateful!

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

My husband and I had a great time! Being able to feed and interact with the animals was definitely a plus! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the animals were very friendly. We were approximately 45 minutes from Inks Lake State Park and Buchannan Lake so we were able to enjoy both during the first half of the days. Would recommend booking this place for your future stays!

The cabin was cozy and comfortable! The friendly and fabulous donkeys, horses and goats made our stay EXTRA SPECIAL! Thank you for allowing us this experience!

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

We had a wonderful time at Tina's ABNB. Everything was exactly as described, and was really a nice place to stay. Easily one of our favorite stays of the last year.

Neat place outside Austin. Trailer was well equipped and comfortable. The bath house was nice and clean. They have a playground, mini golf course, outdoor pavilion and hammocks about to relax in. Well lit pathways at night.

We just had an amazing long weekend at this terrific place! Four bedrooms, each with their own en suite, including two fabulous master suites, plus two bunkrooms, means there is room for so many friends & family to gather & socialize but also have their own space. So many amenities - pickleball court with basketball hoop, pool table, foosball table, multi-game video arcade, pool, horses and longhorns grazing in the back yard, a mule utility vehicle so you can explore the acreage, an extra refrigerator in the game room & a mini fridge in the bar to augment the main fridge, a dedicated ice maker, outdoor seating area w fire pit, & I don't even know what else I'm forgetting. The expansive main area is a perfect place to gather in a big group, or to split off into separate zones next to the fireplace or television, & with so many sofas, chairs & barstools, as well as two large dining tables. Kaili the host was very communicative, responsive, & nice, and we absolutely loved our time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Spring Break getaway! Our two families, including teenagers, were able to sprawl out and enjoy the outdoor and indoor spaces. We loved the puzzles and game boards available and Suzanne graciously shared walking/running routes for a family member training for a half marathon. We also received great restaurant and state park tips previously provided. What a wonderful trip and host! :)

Much needed peaceful weekend getaway! Close to everything, quiet, and clean. Loved walking the property and sitting outside.

Niza was probably the best host I have met on Airbnb. The Keurig wasn’t working, so when I reached out to Niza, she ended up bringing new later that day. Her rules are not hard to follow and she didn’t give a huge list of tasks needed prior to checkout. I will say definitely check in during the day time because the entrance is hidden. The outside was so pretty and it truly felt like a little getaway! The wifi was splotchy so definitely use a hotspot. 10/10

I loved staying here— it was peaceful and welcoming. This is a hidden gem! I loved to see the wild peacocks roam around and Maria was such a lovely host that cares about your comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay!

What a BEAUTIFUL home. From the moment you arrive, you can tell Laura, and her family have taken great care of their home and property. To me, the most important aspect of an Airbnb is the cleanliness. This home AND property were spotless, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to even the wrap around porch, it was pristine. We also enjoyed feeding and petting the horses, goats, and pigs. The attention was very well received by all the animals. We did not have time to use the pool/spa, but it sure was beautiful. I'm a sucker for string lights, and they have timed ones by the pool to provide a relaxing glow for a nighttime swim. The home is in a beautiful spot, with quiet neighbors that provided peaceful days and nights. The location provided privacy but was only about 25 mins from the quaint city of Burnet. Laura was a fantastic communicator; her responses were both prompt and friendly 🤗 I already told my husband that I am excited to come back for another stay in the near future.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monica’s place! It’s situated out in the Burnet countryside near Lake Buchanan. So very peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed sitting out on the covered back porch with our morning coffee while our dog romped around the huge yard. Everything was very clean and just how it was described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable and Monica provided high quality supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The leather furniture was also very comfortable. We will stay here again during our next trip to see the wildflowers in the Hill Country!

This is hands down one of our favorite places to stay out of town, the owner has done an amazing job with the property and we will continue to book every time we are in the area. Beware the arcade room it is addictive lol. Thank you again for creating a spot that feels like home.
