A stones throw to Rayburn golf resort, with 2 restaurants, a great little coffee shop that rivals Starbucks, swimming pool access with a fee, & pickle ball courts. A covered screened in patio with 2 huge ceiling fans , a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans and a fire pit, A grill and plenty of extra chairs. There is also another fire pit in the wooded back yard. And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

Full kitchen amenities including keurig coffee machine, air fryer, and dish washer. Master bedroom includes comfortable king size bed, and large bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. Guest bedrooms include queen size beds, dressers, and closets. Large driveway can accommodate two boats and trucks. Come relax on Lake Sam Rayburn!

I was very impressed with the place. We stayed for a bass tournament and it was super convenient having the doc on the property. Having the cover parking kept our boat from getting wet. The gas station and restaurants were close by. Definitely will stay again.

Our stay was amazing! A little difficult for boat parking, and be sure to have at least a 50’ ft extension chord for charging boat batteries. Also a little bit of a walk from the parking area to the cabin. But the cabin was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend at the lake! Two grills for cooking, fish cleaning station, great sitting areas outside to visit with family and friends! Great stay! Pamela and her husband allowed us to use thier side by side to transport items from the truck to the cabin, a huge help! Very friendly and welcoming! Jeff
