The home had everything we needed and met all our requirements. Janell was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I recommend this home!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

Archer’s home is a great little slice of staycation heaven! If you’re looking for some fun in the sun or a nice family bbq this place will not disappoint! Near to the wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and near to stores! Relaxing, quiet and beautiful!

Such a beautiful home. Lots to do and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The scenery was amazing. We went with a family of 20 and there was room for everyone. There were books and a play kitchen for the kids, plenty of toys, dishes, blankets, etc. We would love to stay again in the future. Allison, was very responsive to any questions we had and responded in a timely manner.

Great place for our girls weekend getaway. House was spacious and had plenty of sleeping space. The host was great and very responsive. Beautiful home decor. Loved that it had two washer and dryer’s along with laundry soap so we were able to wash our swimsuit and towels. Great hot tub. Kitchen was stocked including reusable bags for the grocery store. Nice walking trail that goes around the house. Shades all around the house open from top and bottom to help with privacy. From the photos this home looks more secluded than what it is. It’s very close to neighbors. This home has a quiet time curfew which was not listed on the initial rules. House has a long driveway however it appears to be shared with two neighbors. It’s not clearly marked what part is for the Airbnb other than sign on the garage that says don’t park on gravel. So if you have more than 5 vehicles or are arriving at night would suggest talking with host about parking options.

This home was incredible! The amazing photos didn't even do the home justice. We felt at home and the amenities were more than we even needed. Rachel's attention to detail was incredibly intentional and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and spacious as well. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It’s clear Zolton takes great care in maintaining the property—everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The location was convenient, and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Conveniently close to downtown - there are tons of Like scooters around the neighborhood to get you anywhere you need to go. Clean unit and very responsive host!

House is beautiful. My only issue was there were only 2 washcloths and two dish towels for our 7 visitors with 4 night stay. Beautiful house and great stay. Will definitely recommend

The home is very spacious, and the layout worked very well for our family. The kitchen worked very well for preparing meals for 10 with plenty of room for all of us to gather, laugh, and tell stories. The large bedrooms, and bathrooms were a nice surprise as well. The only criticism we have is the proximity to the highway and some road noise. It certainly wasn't enough to keep you awake, but it was different than we expected. I highly recommend this place, and make sure you don't miss a visit to the North Pole, the cute little Christmas Village/ theme park just up the hill. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodations for our large party! It's difficult to find listings for 10 people, but this place exceeded our expectations. Ample room for hosting and entertainment, unique amenities (the kids spent hours in the game room) and breath taking views from the privacy of the back yard! Spent 5 days here, wish we could have spent 5 more! Absolutely perfect for our family reunion celebrating our niece's high-school graduation. Big grill for the cookouts, loads of yard games, Sonos speaker system indoors and outdoors, and the firepit and yard lights made for perfect evenings under the stars. Hosts were kind and very responsive! If you find this listing available, book it! It can't be beat.

We were there for a funeral unfortunately. But this house was a home for 3 days. It enabled 3 families to enjoy each other’s company through a difficult time. The space was great and proximity to local joints was easily navigable. Truly enjoyed our stay. A rock solid property!

This place was perfect. The location was perfect for enjoying Old Colorado City, across the street from park. Quiet and clean!

Lots of room. Felt right at home. Enjoyed the backyard as did our daughter’s dog. Good location lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Bed was very comfortable Communication with Rick was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Old Colorado City neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the smoke detector. Would love to stay here in the future the next time we are in the area.

What an incredible experience. Tim and Laura's home was spacious,clean,and beautifully decorated. Timothy was very welcoming,and seemed to anticipate our every need.The perfect host,communicating from beginning to end. It was wonderful arriving to a homemade Italian pasta dinner,and fully stocked kitchen.I could go on about all the extra attention to details,but I'll end with the breathtaking view!!! Jon's house was immaculate upon arrival. he communicated timely prior to and after our departure. the views were stunning and the park across the street added to the peaceful aura. We highly recommend Jon and his home and we will definitely be trying to rent it again for our next trip back!

Super cozy and clean, host was super responsive and if we had any issues she would help immediately. Great view and right in town! Also we fit all 3 cars in the driveway which was nice but there’s lots of room for more cars on the street! The Airbnb had everything we needed including room fans and extra linen which was nice, there’s also a bunch of games provided! The only issue was the front door was a little wonkey but we usually kept that closed and just used the side door. Besides that it was comfortable for 6 people and the grill outside was great to be able to use! A great if you want a quiet neighborhood that seemed both safe and enjoyable!
