Great little space to stay in a convenient location. It felt very homey. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Every bit of all the 5-star reviews are true. The guesthouse was cozy, clean, simply decorated and comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom have all the basic amenities to have a great stay. Situated in a quiet but walkable town. There isn't much more to ask for.

This was a fantastic property with a great location right by the mountains. Nice access to Longmont and Boulder. Really super clean, the most comfortable beds EVER encountered on the road, and the AC is fantastic during summer heat waves. Pool and diving board were great! Really enjoyed our stay. Although expensive, it was less expensive than the nearby Hotel Boulderado, and we had so much flexibility. The well-stocked kitchen, the premo espresso maker the study space and the extra bed (in the laddered loft) were all great bonuses for us. Great restaurants and even hiking were walkable. I found the hosts very helpful and welcoming.

The hosts were very nice. Their home was very updated and well appointed. I had the whole downstairs to myself. Large living area. Everything was clean.

Wonderful spot to stay in Boulder. Peaceful retreat surrounded by lovely gardens. The hosts struck a perfect balance between providing support and advice as needed and privacy. Be sure to check out Lucky's Bakehouse! A short walk through a neat neighborhood with mountain views and interesting homes.

We had a really good stay at Jason's. The place was clean and as described with many amenities. Jason is a very communicative host. Home and neighborhood is quiet except of course for the occasional close by train. We walked to Georgia Boys down on 3rd Ave and Main Street for various restaurants and coffee shops. A fun stay.

This is the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed at. Me and my (now wife) got married in Lyons Colorado during our stay. It was a very private, and comfortable space. Has everything you’d ever need. Any questions we had, the host answered immediately and was very polite. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting the area. I know I will for sure be booking with this host again!

This is my 2nd stay at Inga's, so clearly, I like it. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to downtown area. Very walkable to restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped for occasional meal. Perfect for a solo traveler.

Beautiful guesthouse. Appreciated the cleanliness. There’s a nice kitchen that allowed us to cook some of our meals. Note that this is on the second floor so there is a flight of stairs. Plenty of shopping nearby that is walkable . Easy access to the highway Whenever I had a question Madi was very quick to reply. We were visiting our son in Broomfield and this was a great location. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

What a gem of a place! I had no idea there was a pocket of mountain cabins in Boulder Canyon. I felt like I was worlds away, but was actually only less than 30 minutes from the city of Boulder. I found this place after last minute plans were made for me to drive solo from Austin, Texas to help my daughter and her friends move out of their dormitory at CU. All the hotel rooms in town were booked, and honestly, I was drawn to its location, knowing I would be driving 16 hours straight and moving furniture for two days solid. It was a perfect escape. I planned on checking in on time but moving went longer than expected because it was raining all day, and I stayed in town for an early dinner after working up an appetite. I was nervous about finding it at night, I was more nervous after realizing all of the roads were wet. I actually found it no problem. And there was perfect lighting down the steps once I found the driveway. I then had a perfect night sleep . I will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous two-bedroom carriage house. The furnishings and décor were beautiful - modern and inviting. With high ceilings, big windows, and the location above a garage, the space was full of light. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms well appointed, and the beds super comfortable. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was provided. The unit was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect. Just a block from a main street full of places for great coffee (a must for us) and restaurants, this was a super convenient location for taking full advantage of Louisville's charming downtown. We also appreciated the easy access to great walking trails. This is a truly lovely place and we cannot wait to come back.

Really enjoyed my long weekend at this lovely, airy, cozy property. Everything was so thoughtfully put together, and Marcia also communicated before, during, and after in a thoughtful and proactive way. It is a unique and welcoming studio with nice touches. I will prioritize staying here on my next visit to the area. It was so close to downtown, to excellent hikes, and to Boxcar coffee’s great pastries.

We really enjoyed Paula’s house - clean, spacious for us and our dog, location, great for walking. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 6 nights while visiting family nearby. We will definitely make this our first choice when looking for a place to stay in this area again.

Rebecca has created a beautiful space that is aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully laid out. The space is designed so that it flows well and is extremely peaceful. I can’t say enough kind words regarding the host. This is one of my best Airbnb experiences and I’ll be sure to recommend!

This is one of the best AirBnbs we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is very cool and completely walkable with tons of interesting architecture to soak in. Although it’s a second floor unit over the garage in the back of the property, the setup makes it completely private and quiet. Parking is ample, entry is easy. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with nice furnishings and has everything you need in the kitchen. The location at the eastern edge of the neighborhood made it only a two-block walk to the heart of the trendy downtown. We had drinks and dinner at both a great Mexican place and Italian restaurant. We were in town for a graduation at University of Colorado, and Boulder is only 20 minutes away, plus we visited a friend in Lyons, which was also only about 20 minutes away. It’s only about a 45 minute scenic ride up into the mountains to 10,000 feet I noticed in the reviews that many people stay in this unit for an extended period, and now I know why! We will be back!

Our stay at the Little Luck Farmette over the weekend was great. The place was clean and cozy. It wasn’t too far from Boulder and other local sites and activities which was a bonus for us. Our overall stay was amazing and we would definitely return in the future.

Perfect little stay for our weekend getaway! This place was very clean and tidy. Aesthetic of the place was 10/10! Check in/out was a breeze and the hosts were very informative and easy to communicate with! Only downside was the construction going on across the street in the neighborhood didn’t make for a very scenic view while having coffee on the balcony. We booked this place wanting an easy commute to explore Boulder and Denver and it definitely allowed for that! The hosts included recommended hikes around the area which we really appreciated too! We loved checking out the Flatirons in Boulder (about 15 min drive from the Airbnb)!
