Vacation rentals with breakfast in Boulder County

Judi was responsive and welcoming, the guest spaces were spacious and well-organized, and her place is close to downtown Boulder’s restaurants and shops. As a bonus, her house is full of her art and sculpture! Thanks for hosting us.

Kelly is a fabulous host. Fresh coffee every morning with snacks. I came to Boulder to visit my daughter over family weekend. CU campus is about 1.8 miles away easily walkable on a trail or sidewalk. Kelly also Provides a parking place for your rental. Highly recommend this clean, well kept room! Thanks Kelly!

Stewart is an interesting person. His hospitality is perfect. The location is unbeatable, both quiet and close to everything in town. The accommodations are simple but comfortable and easy.

As soon as we parked in the big driveway, it felt like we should be there. The front lawn area with patio chairs is perfect and beautiful, and makes you want to see more. It's always so exciting to arrive and look around at what's in store, and this was no exception. We arrived pretty late so it was cool inside and out. The kitchen is great, excellent fridge and stove/oven, just all of it. My youngest took the south side of the house, which has its own bathroom, big bedroom, a family room with big sofa and tv, and private door to the hot tub. I took the north side with the master bed and bathroom, complete with a Smart Loo!! They are so wonderful. The swim spa is a must-experience feature! I absolutely loved it and spent a whole lot of time there, when we weren't jumping on the trampoline! Can you believe it?! So stinking fun! And the screen enclosed patio deck? Love!! The best part of it all is Kristy -- she is the most courteous, kind, compassionate person you'll ever meet. Period.

In a great location, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to ski areas. The place was very comfortable and felt like home, tastefully decorated and very spacious, allowing my husband and I to have a room separated by a spacious bathroom (with a hot tub) to two other small living areas each with a twin bed for our grandkids. Our bedroom had most comfortable king bed and a woodburning stove; the kids’ areas had extra space heaters. A separate room overlooking a lake included a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, plus a record player to play vinyls. We had access to the rooms downstairs: a kitchen (fully stocked with spices, oils and amenities needed to cook our meals), a reading room, TV room, and a game room. Plus, we enjoyed a deck both upstairs and downstairs, along with a nice garage access. Our hosts were most accommodating to our needs. Sean communicated well and was most responsive of any requests, was flexible, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Definitely recommend!!!

I was originally worried about renting a place in someone's home, but I have to say it was as though we had our own private place. Kathy was great, and when I needed to borrow scissors, I messaged her, and she had them to me in seconds. The space was much larger than expected, very clean, and in a great neighborhood with a bus line right at the corner, I would gladly stay again!
