Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. Enjoy a complementary cup of coffee in our courtyard garden or snuggle up inside for a movie.
“First off, Stacy is a great host: helpful and welcoming. The location is great: as a visitor to Boerne, the two main areas one would probably want to spend time in are the downtown business district, and the area along the river. The Sunday House is about a block from the riverfront, and about three blocks from downtown; it’s directly between the two, and walking distance from both. And the house itself is amazing: super cute and comfortable.”
This large 800 square feet guest house is new and is an open floor plan with high ceilings, full bathroom, and full kitchen minus a dishwasher. We are just one mile from Main Street shopping and close to the walking trail. We look forward to sharing our space with you on this quiet dead end street in town.
“We checked in and the host's instructions were clear and concise. It was a very modern space, just a few minutes away from main street, in a beautiful neighborhood. The space was neat and tidy. We also had the ability to snag eggs from the well kept chickens out back. I've raised chickens, and this was something I missed doing. The host is incredibly quick with responses and was great to work with. Highly recommend this spot.”
This quaint 1940's cottage is just a short walk (3 blocks) to the Hill Country Mile. Enjoy the shops of Boerne or one of the many community events; take a drive through the beautiful Texas Hill Country; sit on the porch and rock away your stress; or relax in comfort in the back yard as the creek flows by.
“Do not miss out on the sweet Cottage at Creekside! Our family of five was most comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Janet has created a beautiful home styled with charming details and modern comfort. Since the home is older, the layout is a little quirky which harkens back to a vintage vacation cottage. However, we had everything we needed...comfortable beds, all kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, sparkling clean bathrooms, etc. The internet service is very good. We conducted work, took place in online classes and meetings, and streamed videos simultaneously. The little dining area closes off for a private office if needed. The location of Creekside is ideal. The neighborhood is safe, although on a busy corner. The other side of the street has a side walk and makes for a half mile walk to Boerne center. The road ends close to the head of the Cibolo Creek trail which is not to be missed. Boerne Center is beautiful with many shops and restaurants. We were only a short drive to many Hill Country destinations including, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Canyon Lake, Medina River/Bandera and Enchanted Rock. I would definitely stay at the Cottage at Creekside when we next visit our family in Boerne. Thank you Janet.”
