Blanco River vacation rentals

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is great, there is plenty of room, and it had everything that we needed. Love the quiet neighborhood! Hope to be back soon!

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Amazing home, close to everything you’d want in East Austin! Very fun to be able to walk to all of the bars and restaurants. The quiet hours past 10pm in the area are enforced, so just something to keep in mind when booking!

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

There were 14 of us for my daughter’s bachelorette and the house could not have been more perfect. Having the pool house area which 4 of us stayed made it super comfortable and great when the crew wanted to stay up late. Lori was there to greet us upon arrival and could not have been any sweeter. The house had everything and a few extra touches -including setting up our decor we picked of balloons and streamers. It is so clean , inviting and fun! The two best spots for the pics were the beautiful swing on the back porch and the floral wall!! The house was so private in the back yard which made us feel like we were in our own little paradise. The beds are extremely comfortable, the house is top notch with everything you would need! We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen island was so perfect to gather around to have our catered food set up for one night. Convenient location to all our activities and fun events! A memorable weekend full of love.

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

This home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and just overall awesome! I loved that it was pet-friendly and I was able to bring my Frenchies with me, they felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely come back again!

I booked this home for my family for a weekend together and it was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, the pool sparkly clean and instantly felt welcoming. The game room had something for everyone to enjoy. Our host was so kind answering any questions and was a pleasure to book with. We can’t wait to come back!

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

Nehemiah’s spacious Airbnb near Austin and close to the airport is a truly amazing place to stay! It is large and open-spaced with two floors! It is also kid friendly! It well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. There are three bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen! You don’t need to bring anything, because his place has everything you need! I strongly recommend this Airbnb and I will gladly stay here again!
