Nice roomy place with amazing views, better than in the pictures. We saw seals and dolphins and otters from the patio (could spot them without binoculars but binoculars helped). The place was well appointed - good variety of dishes and kitchen items as well as chairs, tables etc for the patios. The town is pretty sleepy- most things close by 8:30 or so, but plenty of activity in nearby towns if that’s what you’re after. We’ll be back!

The cozy cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I’s trip to Santa Maria. The place was super clean, and within a short distance to everywhere we went. Donna left clear instructions for us and we had an easy check in/out. While there wasn’t as much to do in Santa Maria itself, we kept ourselves busy with a trip to the flight museum, a local winery, and drove the short drive to Pismo Beach. Overall, we had a great stay, and would recommend the cozy cottage!

It is a very special place. It is warm, inviting and you feel the place was loved and is still loved. Our dogs were invited along and as before---we appreciate how much they loved the experience. Everything is clean, on hand and it is so charming..... You walk through every room and look at everything again and again to pull it all in. This place was a great peaceful getaway for my husband and I. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. It was also so accessible to get to so many beautiful hiking areas like Montana de Oro and San Luis Obispo Reservoir and Pismo Beach. Sextant winery was a great recommendation and we had a great time there. We love Central California and always love exploring more. We discovered Arroyo Grande this time and its antiques which was charming and fun. Angela was a wonderful host who was responsive and friendly and truly knows the area so thank you for making our stay so special.

Great location, exactly as advertised. Clean and private! Met the owner who lives in unit behind. Nice to know assistance is bear by should you need it and he was very kind. Clean and comfortable bathroom, huge old tub. Love the original charm of the 1930s Santa Cruz home. Growing up in the area it’s my favorite part about air bnb’ing over hoteling when we come home; getting that nostalgic Santa Cruz home vibe. Thanks for the hospitality, would definitely recommend and return!
